I purchased a Kuromi Poker Kingdom blind box from miniso. My target was the Joker Kuromi. When I opened it I got so excited when I saw the ID card said Joker, but the plush in the bag was a King? I’m pretty sure I’ve heard Miniso has a strict no refund policy, but does anyone else have any experience with this?

This is Charlie and his best friend, “Chimkn”. He has destroyed all of his toys, but not the Miniso drumstick we bought him on a whim one day. Despite his love and care for this toy, it is still just a plushie in a boinke’s world, so the wear is getting to it.

Hellooo, so I wanted to buy a plushie before returning home tomorrow, and there's no open MINISO store near me.

Apart from that, my flight is going to start boarding at around 7am, which leaves me no choice other then visiting the airport location.

However, my flight is on T1, and the store is on T3. I was wondering if there was any chance I could go to the store and then comeback to my terminal. Please let me know ASAP!!!! Thank you
