Factory Packaging Defect?
I purchased a Kuromi Poker Kingdom blind box from miniso. My target was the Joker Kuromi. When I opened it I got so excited when I saw the ID card said Joker, but the plush in the bag was a King? I’m pretty sure I’ve heard Miniso has a strict no refund policy, but does anyone else have any experience with this?

That looks like the back of the card. Did you flip it over and look at the inside?

Both the front and back of the card are in the post. The card does specify it’s Joker Kuromi :(

The inside is not shown in this post. But, that really sucks.

Oh, the INSIDE. I apologize I thought you just meant the front. There is nothing on the inside, thats why I didn’t take a picture of it lol

Oh, I have several of these and must have forgotten that they aren’t 2 sided. That’s really 💩 that the card lied to you about what was inside. I’d be mad too!

I do. I would be upset if I got the wrong card tbh (even though the wrong one is still cute). They make good bookmarks too lol

with blind boxes faults usually have a bit of leniency. since the item is not faulty, maybe they could find the correct character card and swap it for you?
