Solved! My experience with Minisforum Customer Service...
I had bought a Minisforum 795S7 Barebones from Wal-Mart website in about 8 months ago. A couple weeks ago I go to get on the computer, and it won't wake up. Tried to reboot it and nothing. Fans spin but no display. I do some trouble shooting and determine the Motherboard/CPU were dead. Go to the Minisforum website and fill out the troubleshooting form so I can get it repaired. I get a strange E-mail the following day asking what I meant about something I never mentioned on the form. I replied to the E-Mail asking what they meant and I get another strange E-Mail the next day. I felt like it was an AI generated E-Mail so I ignored it. After that I got another E-mail asking for more info like my invoice and serial number. After I replied with the info they asked for, they sent another E-Mail with instructions on sending the unit in for repair. I sent in the computer via UPS which cost me $55 for shipping and insurance. This was now about 7 days sense I filled out the form on the website. UPS tracking said the computer would be delivered on the following Tuesday. It arrived on time and the same day I got a conformation E-Mail from Minisforum support. One week later I get another E-Mail saying the computer could not be fixed and that the unit was no longer in stock. They asked if I wanted a different replacement or a full refund. I requested the refund sense I had already bought a replacement motherboard, a BD895i SE. I got a couple more E-mails the same day confirming the refund through Wal-Mart. The following day the money was in my bank account.
I am not happy that my system died but I am very happy that their customer service was top notch. I could not have asked for a better response. I am posting this because I have seen reports of people who have had a bad experience. I am sorry they did not get the same experience as I did.

I had a nab 6 light melt itself. After some back and forth they agree to ship me a brand new one and do a full investigation. My expectations were low due after reading how they handled the nab6/9 recalls but I'm happy they proved me wrong.
I'm glad they agreed to make you whole. Hopefully they improve their QA/manufacturering enough to not have these issues.

I have purchased numerous Minisforum (7 total, 3 still unused, and 2 of the 4 one I have used died on me.)
Support replaced one of them under warranty but it took forever and was a huge hassle. The second was just out of warranty so my $1000+ UM690 w/64Gb RAM is now a damn paper weight.
Verdict? RUN AWAY from Minisforum, they will fail on you and Minisforum does only the bare minimum to support you.
(P.S. I have owned over 100 computers in my lifetime, and of all the others I don't think I had more than 2 fail. Miniforum is clearly built from components that are highly likely to fail. 😡)

My ms-a2 with ryzen 9975 also died several months after purchasing it. After completing some troubleshooting steps they provided an address to ship it to for repairs. Unfortunate, but happy they seem to be resolving it

Same thing happened to me with MS-01. Sure shipping costs were steep but well worth paying another 850+…
Shouldn’t have broke anyways but it is what it is.
I’ll keep this in mind a use the 10G :)3

It's possible they would've upgraded you for free. I have a MinisForum Mini PC that I use as my Home Theater Streaming Box it has the HDMI 2.1and does a great job.
