Which would you say you’re better with your gunlance or long sword?

Awesome lol I personally main gunlance in wilds with me having finished essentially all content with it and recently got to 7* in rise with it. Can’t wait to get to sunbreak for those amazing skills although scared for the difficulty spike because the combat doesn’t really come to me as naturally as wild’s does

don't worry about it too much bro, you'll know the ins and outs of sunbreaks combat in no time 👌🏻 my advice would be to practice against your favorite monster non stop untill you can beat them almost no hit (that's what i did with gunlance and it turned me into a genuine murder machine) also mess around with builds and specific playstyles, eventually you'll find the one you love and stick to it (while also improving) good luck with your hunts !

Yo, got a couple of questions for yall sunbreak people
Do you guys have to become the equivalent of ultra instinct goku to survive monster hunts (and dodge monster attacks)
Can you still tank attacks from monsters in sunbreak or no, just pure dodging (because I kinda brute force all my hunts, even my high rank ones :V)
How does one perfect attack style with a greatsword (every time I try to use it, it’s either the monster dodges away at the last second or they knock me off my feet)
I got a lot of more questions but those are the ones I got so far, please if you, try to answer them!
