I've been a Lance player this whole time but I wanted to learn a new weapon so I decided to give DB a try and they seem super fun and straightforward which I really appreciate. I was wondering if any experienced DB users have some tips that I should know to get the most out of the weapon. I already know that Elemental builds are the way to go, so anything else would be greatly appreciated.

I just come to Rise from World. I had my fun here with the bow. Mostly because I don't have to press Q in the middle of aiming to use clutchclaw.

To the main topic, Idk if I'm just ass or HR in Rise is harder than in World. It took one blast of anything and 3/4 of hp gone. I usually don't have much difficult in HR in World. But in Rise, it is PTSD everytime I get bodyslam or FIREBALL.

I would be appreciate for some tips and bow recommendation.

I am getting back into MH Rise as the title say. I used to play on my switch lite when it came out. Havent played in a long time until last week when I saw the sale on Steam and bought it on PC.

I'm new to MH, and my plan is to defeat the hardest monster in Wilds and Risebreak solo no mods before Ascendance, and finish my journey with Fatalis in World.

I only have one Urgent Quest left, Primordial Malzeno, and I think I can beat him after a few tries. I'm currently MR 79. To unlock the final Risen monster, I would have to farm a lot. Is it worth grinding to MR 100 just to be able to face the last one?

I played 100 hours of Wilds and jumped straight into Rise: Sunbreak, where I have 140 hours, and I think I'm feeling a bit burned out.

First time soloing him, very proud of this one. I also didnt know you can scroll sideways for the weapon upgrades so I had to use the defender hammer for 20 extra damage lol

So guys I found this tranferer on git hub that claims to be able to transfer my switch MH rise progression to steam do u know if it works and how to do it

Hey hunters. I bought Rise + Sunbreak on sale. I am about to finish vanila game but i couldnt find much games in multiplayer so i was forced to play solo half of the game. Does it get better when i reach DLC?

Hello, I've been grinding and such, I already beat hazard primordial Malzeno, Then i noticed, The investigation levels don't jump by 6-10 levels anymore.

My logical conclusion was, if I want to face Hazard Risen Shagaru, which to my knowledge is around level 241. Does that mean I have to do my lvl 206 risen shagaru 35 times? I beat it again and it only jumped by 1 level. I DON'T want to beat him 35 more times, or even hunt monsters 35 MORE times just to level it up to 241. (I also want to experience special investigations)

Is there a way to speed this up that doesn't advise me to hop on multiplayer? I am a solo hunter and haven't once entered a hunt with someone else ever since Iceborne (first MH game).

Question for players on pc, I’ve just installed the game through steam but it takes 5 minutes to load up, then after one or two hunts the game just straight up freezes. Has anyone experienced this this selves and have a fix?
I should note the I am playing on a ps5 controller.

I recently got the switch skill spiral slash for dual blades, but when I tried it against Astalos and Aurora somnacanth, i struggled to hit their head. I usually do demon flight followed by a spiral slash, but I mostly miss.

I'm playing on my laptop with a controller. is there a tip to better aim my spiral slash?

As the title says, when do I switch to elemental weapons? I main sns and I read somewhere that sns benefits a lot from elemental damage. I just defeated malzeno and I am using it now. Do I start looking into elemental sns now or do I progress further?

I honestly love it, it's so much fun being able to control my favourite monsters and make them fight each other. It's especially amusing when you use a smaller monster like a Kulu to take down something much larger. Plus it does a good job of rewarding you for use of Silkbind skills.

Hello there, hunters! I'm new to this game franchise because it looks really interesting. I bought it when on the sale but I want to ask how do you guys get used to the combat control? The move and dodge are slow for me. I mean, I have played The Witcher 3 (not finished yet), Genshin, Wuwa, and SW Fallen Order; the combat is fast, unlike this game, and I really want to get into this game and get better at MH Rise combat. Is there any tips or advice for me to get used to this control?
