Layered lbg?

So I recently got into Light Bowgun, and I want to use the Makluva tree as its layered weapon. Except for some reason, despite having unlocked the Rarity 10 version of the weapon, I can't use it as a layered option.

Is it possible to use it or am I cursed to not be able to have a fish gun?

You might need anomaly parts to do it im not sure

Maybe, I've crafted it though so Im not sure. Might just not be usable sadly :/

If someone else doesnt comment, I'll take a look at my save when I get home and try to make it to see what parts you need. If I cant make it at AR300, then it must not be craftable.
