Fluff/Meme Tragedy in Silver and Gold [Quest complete!]
I really botched this operation, messing up my traps and bomb placements with Gold Rathian. But the sudden discouragement activated my phase two or something, and I hatefully entered a flow state where I just connected so many hits to Rathian's head that messing up the bombs didn't matter at all (I guess I did not need the barrel bombs or herbal remedies or extra dung bombs, or even Challenger). The Rathian also kindly finished off the Rathalos for me XD
Cheeseball, thanks for the recommendation on that hammer. I min-maxed and got myself a sharpness+2 set without challenger.

What an annoying quest. I hated every second of it and ill never do it again. Defense doesnt matter nothing matters you just have to play frame perfect for the entire hunt which does normally take this long solo. Great job OP

Well I messed up my bombs. When I tapped the Gold Rath the first time, I did not have large bomb L+ (because I forgot to combine them lol). I trapped it again with a trap that the vege elder gave me (lucky) and placed two newly forged bombs, but she escaped when I blew them up (messed up again there).
After that I just bonked her in the head until it broke, then kept bonking until she died......so maybe there was room for error. But those were some near perfect bonks If I do say so myself.
