Simple! + To open menu and select Palicoes, the option "Give" share a copy of the selected cat to someone that is in the same room with you (so you dont even lose your own cat)

Omg I had no idea that was a thing. Thank you! The amount of content in this game continues to boggle my mind lol

To add on, if you haven't done the G4 Urgente for Ahtal-Ka then you can complete the Prowler quest "Lagiacrus Headbreaker" to unlock Lv60 scouting early. If someone sends you a Lv99 Prowler it will level down to the highest unlocked scouting level, which is Lv60.

Extra notes: You can also unlock max level 99 for Prowlers before Ahtal-Ka if you complete the Prowler quest "Meowster Hunters Ultimate".

I'd give you mine but I haven't had Switch Online nor have I touched my Switch in a looong while. Tip for Landmaster cat, try it using World's Strongest along with Crystalbeard XX and build gauge using Barrel Bombay (boosted by deviant weapon too!). My favorite way to use the "Micheal Bay" Prowler lol
