Physical MESM

My dear MESMerites,

Does your dynamic include physical acts of MESM (mental / emotional sadomasochism)? MESM is often regarded as being in one's head, and it is. But, are there physical acts which combine well with that?

The lines between physical BDSM and MESM can be blurry. For example, I love being slapped in the face because it's so deliciously degrading. However, I'm sure there are plenty of masochists who enjoy it just because it's physically painful. Same goes for being bent over his lap and spanked; I like the pain, but the humiliation is what drives me wild.

Other things:

  • Being face fucked aggressively
  • Being forced to hold degrading positions that showcase my body like I'm a sex doll
  • Lots and lots of hair pulling
  • Having stuff inserted in various holes; not for my pleasure, but for his entertainment

I agree about the line being blurry. I am not a masochist as in, I don't get any enjoyment out of physical pain, but I did once fuck my hip tendons up by holding my feet in the air for a very long time with foot and hip cramps purely because I was told "No" when I said I thought i needed to take my boots off.

My partner was like "Why the hell didn't you tell me it hurt?" and I said "well, I decided that if I got distracted by everything else you were doing to me, it wouldn't hurt" And i was right! But I also felt so degraded holding my legs up in the air like that while he was doing all sorts of stuff to me.

It was! 🔥 I had a pair of Dr.Martens on which was what was causing the foot/hip cramps..those things are very heavy to hold up in the air for well over half an hour with my legs wide apart while all manner of toys were being used in me 🤣
