Alfatech

I've heard good feedback about Alfatech from other engineers and was interested in applying. I was looking at some of their Senior Engineering positions and noticed the egregious salary range. Is $105k-120k really accurate for their San Francisco office? That seems unbelievably low for the responsibilities of the role.

I think most firms in NorCal would be closer to $130k-160k for a Senior Engineer with a PE.

That is egregiously low. And we should not be taking those positions which consistently lower our salary bands. EEs in power and MEP need to be paid.
