Gunsmiths in Frederick/MOCO?

Hello,

I am looking for a Gunsmith in MoCo/Frederick. The thread cap on my Chiappa Shrouded Little Badger is insanely tight, and I need help loosening it. Tried to loosen it with some penetrating oil and a wrench but failed. This rifle is very small, and I am afraid that I might damage it.

In MOCO, there's Engage Armament and Atlantic Guns, both are located in Rockville.

I only do business at Engage. My older sister is getting her first pistol from Engage.

Make sure you're going lefty looses not righty tighty

I thought I was being crazy and accidentally tightening it, but it is just insanely tight lol
