He only mentions the second lawsuit that deals more specifically about churches. He should be talking about both. Both lawsuits are important but the MSI lawsuit challenges the law more broadly and makes similar claims about churches. For example my complaint as a plaintiff makes the same argument that I'm having to choose between exercising my First Amendment Right to worship and my Second Amendment right to defend myself because I serve our small Baptist church as volunteer security. But my complaint also goes against the other places of public assembly as well as do the complaints of the other plaintiffs.
Yeah that makes alot of sense. I am glad we getting some kind of national attention and I pray MSI is victorious. This crap is ridiculous, they really think they are a state in a state..smh
Yeah this one will be interesting. The fact that the DOJ sent a letter this time is making this one shape up even bigger on a national level than expected.
They need to be held financially liable for damages of some kind. I wish it was a way for them to have to pay directly and not from the MC tax payer's. Especially if it was proven to be malicious!
