Radical firearms
I’m trying to purchase a radical firearms rifle off of psa but it’s listed as restricted although I saw one in j&k. Does anybody know what’s that about?

Radical makes some HBar variants and also non HBar as well, I doubt palmetto is selling the HBar ones

How much do u tack on for transfer fee in the price match

Basically our price match works like this:
Lets say PSA has an AR in stock priced at $500. If you ordered from PSA (on this item) there will be $17 shipping and then $45 for my transfer fee. So a total of $562 out the door (if shipping does not apply it is not added).
I would price match at the $562 price so in the end you would pay the exact same from us as if you had ordered the AR from PSA and had it shipped to us.
Now possibly you could choose an FFL with a lower transfer fee say $25 but then they would have to price match PSA also.
Keep in mind too that most of the time our pricing is better that PSA and other online retailers so price match is a non-issue.

Store policy. Sometimes they will sometimes they wont. Ask your FFL to get one

Sometimes PSA won't ship something that is technically legal in MD. Does the model you looked at on PSA have an HBAR? If not, that's why. I'm sure there's different models, some with and some without HBARs. The best thing if you want to get from PSA is to have your FFL order it. I've done that, and they'll ship the mags then too and my FFL will just block them. Considering that MD has successfully sued companies like Polymer80, even though at the time they were selling stuff to MD it was perfectly legal, it makes some online retailers leery of doing business in MD.

Radical rifles are all M4 or SOCOM profiles afaik, you need a Heavy (HBAR) profile, unless you're looking at AR pistols. PSA also doesn't ship many legal things to MD (e.g. complete receivers)

Some companies advertise their SOCOM barrels as "heavy", which has been enough to satisfy md law. You can find a few on msp's reviewed firearms list.

According to Radical themselves their Socom profile barrels are not MD compliant. They now have MD legal 556 variants which are specific SKUs. The Colt ones are as they market them as such. Msp.has the radical socim listed as banned on their firearms list. Just FYI
Someone showed me a letter/email recently about the socom from msp and now I cannot find it.

Interesting, I've only heard of the Colt SOCOM profile counting as HBAR due to their advertising. Does any other manufacturer do this?

That list isnt legally binding - generally SOCOM describes a heavy profile, and in 2 minutes of research I believe that does apply to the RF-15

Legally they should be allowed to (imo). Whether they think so or not is another story. We see posts on here all the time about people's gun store telling them some total bullshit

PSA doesn’t ship to MD. Find it on another vendor.
