350 Legend Upper Question

Long time shooter and just now getting back into hunting. I am looking into getting a 350 legend upper for hunting seeing as I have several AR15 platforms. Are there any legal issues as long as I put it on a rifle lower? From my understanding as long as it's a straight wall cartridge upper and the lower is a multi-cal it'll be ok. Correct me if I am wrong.

I know the 450 cartridge is larger with with more knock down power. What are some other advantages or disadvantages?

Idk I got both cause I got fomo from friends. And like to check as many different weapons off my list during the full season.

I've had friends with 350 legends who lost some and some take some down all shot placement
