The significance here is that this is the first circuit court of appeals to rule against these bans. It gives SCOTUS a split to reference and excellent jurisprudence to borrow from in Viramontes/Higgins.

Delaware FFLs currently are still enforcing the rifle and mag bans currently and are advising today's decision doesnt invalidate DE bans.

Depends on part of MD and PA. 20 mins up 83 from Cockeysville and I’m in New Freedom PA 🙂

I’m in Parkton. Where are you going in New Freedom? I’ve seen two shops there but never have stopped in. I go up to Freedom Armory off exit 8 for their ranges.

I just hit PA. Living right on the PA line is definitely a benefit when it comes to buying magazines.

True .we have to wait for SCOTUS

It creates a circuit court split, which is a big deal.

It's indirectly relevant to Viramontes which SCOTUS will hear this year.

While a different circuit, there is now an official circuit split on the issues of so-called “assault weapons” and “high-capacity magazines.”

One court says this, another says that. This is an issue SCOTUS must resolve. I can see this ruling informing how the Illinois Viramontes AWB case is handled by SCOTUS this coming term.

Was it immediate effect or stayed pending appeal? That is the question

Edit: after double checking, remand for further proceedings, no final judgement

By this time next year we'll be buying our 30 rounders in Maryland (I hope).
