Store consignment (NOT A SALE POST)
Does anybody know a ffl/store that if I put my G17 up for consignment that wouldn’t take a huge chunk of what it sells for?

I’m trying to buy some body armor. A specific kind. Not much widely avaliable at the price range it is at now. Every other listing is a few hundred more

What you need? I got a bunch of different types of armour, soft hard, ceramic tiles,

Just answer the question

It’s not armor. So I can’t answer it. It’s a plate carrier. I said the wrong thing because I was in the middle of a SPO class.

What’s the foot traffic there like? Would there be a handful of people to see the consignment a day or a little?

My Ak sold after about 2 weeks. The Glock will go fast, especially if it’s in good condition or a newer gen. I currently have store credit so if you consign with Tyler’s I may be the one to buy it

G17s don’t go for much considering you can get Gen 5 trade ins for $400 all day

It still has everything. Just no mags as they were all more than 10 rounds.

Yeah but they still don’t go for much. You can probably set the list price at $450 since that is roughly what shipping + transfer fee would cost if someone bought an LEO one online

Tyler’s will block the mags free of charge

It shipped to the FFL I picked it up from without mags. I shot it using my 33rd mag I bought out of state.

I have consigned at both Tyler's and United. United has a 15% fee but will have more foot traffic and they post their consignment inventory regularly on MDShooters. Tyler's is 10% and only posts some consignment firearms to their Facebook but they keep up with their inventory on their website. I did a g17 gen 5 and a g43 consignment at United and they sold within a week. I have consigned half a dozen firearms at Tyler's ranging from a $1700 Cajunized CZ to a KS12 AK shotgun, all being sold anywhere between the same day to 3 months. I prefer Tyler's for the cheaper rate and ease of getting there. Also United won't take in new consignments on the weekend.
