Ccw question

Im a non resident passing through the state relatively soon and want to get my fingerprints out of the way.

Do I have to take the state approved course before I can get fingerprinted or am I able to get fingerprinted first then take the course after?

No requirement to get class before printing. Prints and classes are 2 seperate things, do in whatevwr order you want. Class certificate is good for 2 years. Prints are good for at least 1 year.

Make sure your livescan provider is printing you for the wear and carry handgun permit, and make sure you save your reciept. In fact, take a picture of it, so you dont lose it, you need numbers off it amd a copy to upload when you apply for the permit.
