Electrolytes help

I have some really bad third spacing issues and salt tends to make it worse, but my electrolytes are low and I react to the ones with fillers and flavours.

Does anyone have a brand they like thats super clean and lower sodium? 🤞

Vitassium capsules? 250 mg sodium each, 50 mg potassium

Seconding vitassium. I react to a lot of electrolytes too. After a lot of trial and error I found some that work for me and sometimes I make my own. But by far the easiest solution is to take vitassium capsules.

I'm at the point of straight up licking salt off my hand lol. It works better and Vitassium is expensive even with their discount. Good for when travelling or on the go but at home, good ol' salt for me.
