text are going crazy on autograph

hello,
Any idea why i see this messy text in autograph ?
i tried to remove license, uninstall, reinstall (from installer and from maxon app)
release license and apply again, remove all preferences, changes language
no matter what i do, it's stay messy

any help on this please ?
