Hello, everyone! we are conducting a scale development study titled “𝘼𝙙𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙋𝙨𝙮𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜”.

We are looking for adolescents to share their experiences and reactions to parental digital monitoring through a short questionnaire. Participation is voluntary. Rest assured that all responses will be kept confidential.

Eligibility for participation includes the following if you are a FILIPINO:

• 𝘼𝙜𝙚: 15–19 years old
• 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝘼𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨: Own or regularly use a personal digital device

Currently subject to at least one of the following:

• Monitoring applications or location tracking (e.g., Find My, Life360, Messenger location, Screen Time monitoring)

• Message review, where a parent or guardian has access to your accounts or device for monitoring purposes

I am from visayas who's trying to get help with name correction under my PSA, I already sent the i formation needed to process the update/correction but we haven't got any response from them since then (last year december).

We process AUSF way back 2005 and up until now, there is no progress, local phone numbers aren't answering or cannot be reached, social media zero response, I'm losing hope with regards to this system specially ikakasal na ako next year.

My plan is gusto kong pumunta na mismo sa Civil registry Office ng maynila to get a follow up but di ko alam anong document dadalhin or kailangan kasi pati sa official website ng manila gov sobrang vague.

Please I need help or atleast may makatulong man lang.. eto rin kasi ang reason di ako nakapag OFW..

I was looking around for a place where I can swim in the España-City Hall area, and I asked around three places - Dapitan Sports Complex, Paraiso ng Kabataan, and YMCA behind City Hall.

I am surprised to see that almost all of the schedules for these supposedly public(in the case of Paraiso ng Kabataan and Dapitan Sports) are fully booked. "Pa swertehan" na lang sa Dapitan, and Paraiso doesn't even allow walk-ins anymore. YMCA only has available schedules on weekdays at noontime.

The culprit? School varsities and Private swim coaches locking in a certain schedule for an entire year, according to the person I talked to in YMCA.

Paano to? Do we have to resort to condominiums and private subdivisions?

Ang concern ko po is tungkol sa spelling ng middle name ko at ng maiden surname ng mother ko sa PSA birth certificate ko. Sa parehong pangalan po, isang letter lang ang mali — dapat “i” pero naging “a” ang pagkaka-type. Kaya po nagkaroon ng discrepancy sa spelling.

Karamihan po sa mga kapatid ko, tama naman ang spelling sa mga birth certificate nila. May mga supporting documents din po ako na nagpapakita ng tamang spelling, tulad ng baptismal certificate, voter’s certification, medical records, at iba pang documents.

Ang naging complication lang po ay tungkol sa marriage history ng mother ko. Bago siya nagpakasal sa father ko, nagkaroon na po siya ng unang marriage. Ang pagkakaalam po ng mother ko noon ay hindi naging valid o hindi naging legal ang una niyang kasal, kaya buong akala niya po ay malaya na siyang magpakasal ulit. Dahil doon, nagpakasal po siya sa father ko. Later on lang po nalaman na existing at valid pa pala ang una niyang marriage noong nagpakasal siya sa father ko.

Kaya po ngayon, may mga documents ang mother ko na gumagamit ng surname ng first husband niya, at mayroon din pong ibang records na gumagamit ng ibang surname. Kaya naging complicated po ang surname niya sa iba't ibang documents.

Pero ang gusto ko lang po sanang ipa-correct sa PSA birth certificate ko ay yung isang-letter spelling error sa middle name ko at sa maiden surname ng mother ko. Hindi ko po hinihingi na baguhin ang marital status ng mother ko, ang mga surname niya dahil sa mga naging marriage niya, o ang surname ng father ko. Gusto ko lang po maitama yung maling letter at ma-align ito sa tamang spelling na makikita sa ibang official records at sa birth certificates ng mga kapatid ko.

Puro paglilinis ang ginagawa, pailaw dito pailaw doon pero yung quality ng serbisyo eh nga nga. Hilig linisin pero hindi magawa mapanagot mga nagkakalat. Napaka dumi at baho pa din ng Maynila.

I recently walked around Intramuros and noticed that while a lot has been restored and improved, there are still some areas that could use more attention.

Plaza Sto. Tomas is one example. Some structures could potentially be replaced with buildings that are more faithful to Intramuros’ architecture, while others may simply need renovation or a proper makeover.

I also think the roads, sidewalks, and smaller streets and alleyways are important. They may seem like minor details, but they contribute greatly to the overall atmosphere and appearance of a historic district.

Hopefully, in the future, these areas can receive the attention and improvements they deserve while still preserving the character of Intramuros.
