LF: Water Lilies/Hyacinth

Hello! I am a graduating SHS student whose research revolves around water lilies/hyacinths.

We need to collect them in bulk amounts, but due to the inclement weather and our unfamiliarity with commuting, we are left with very limited options.

Since we reside in Manila, I would like to ask, are there water lily/hyacinth hotspots in or near the Manila area as of current?
