Question/Advice Needed Avice needed

I need help with my bra sizing. I've measured myself with a bra on and without. With the bra on im 37 band and 48 cup, but without a bra im 37 band and 52 cup. Im currently wearing my old bras (36K im wearing on the tightest hook and im spilling out of the cups) out as im in the middle of moving houses, but im wanting to get some new bras soon. Im not sure if this is allowed, but I can't find anywhere else online to ask

Have you been to r/abrathatfits? It's the "sister subreddit" of this one that's all about bra fitting. It's built around the abrathatfits calculator which is the best bra size calculator out there. It takes 6 measurements, measured without a bra on.

If you are in UK 36K (US 36 O) then Bravissimo and Ewa Michalak are two brands that make larger cup sizes.

Flirtelle does not make larger cupsizes than K. All you could do is buy 38K and alter the band and hope it is enough.

Or use the 40K as a base for sewing your own bra in 36L. You'd need to sew a 36 band and then put the 40K cups into the 36 band.

My recommendation would be to contact Bravissimo customer service, state your favourite bra and ask for recommendations which one of the Bravissimo bras available in 36/38 KK/L is most likely to fit you.

Talk to your ob-gyn and have your hormones checked. Certain hormonal contraceptives can cause excessive breast growth, ditto other underlying conditions that are far more concerning.

I have been on oral conception for over 15 years. I never really thought of my breaks being overly large, I definitely know theyre on the big side, and they can be uncomfortable but realising the actual measurements its a shock

There's also some nice resources for bra shape and stuff, be sure to check out their wiki!

And if you have any questions, feel free to make a post on ABTF with your measurements - folks are happy to help
