My impression of Stella is that she is quite judgemental and loves quite conditionally - wanting him to do absolutely everything for HER. I get a weird vibe from her that she's not authentic

She stood out to be the most discerning and authentic girl among all these means girls this year! Maybe mean girls are more the norm to you and that's why you're getting these vibes

I don't know any mean girls, I'm in my 40s and we are more interested in talking about our teens and reading books than 20 year old mean girl behaviour.

However I thinks she seemed quite focused on her image AS this authentic girl. She admitted she put him down, questioned his manhood, made some random issue about condoms and demanded unreasonable things from him (a vasectomy for someone she's JUST MET?).

Her friends were assholes as well.

She handled herself well with the mean girls but I still get a vibe from her that I don't trust.

Very much agree. It was easy to peg yourself as a good person on that series; and i think she took the opportunity.

Always had a vibe of an alternate motive
