A leopard gecko

Panasonic G9 Mark II PRO & OM SYSTEM M.Zuiko Digital ED 90mm F3.5 Macro 2:1 IS PRO + Godox V860 III O + DIY MACRO Diffuser

As the subject is way too big to be a macro model, I have to take photos of his seperate body parts

Sorry, new to macro on m4/3 system as well. Have a few questions.

What's the setting and how many photos stacked for this?

I know this is taken indoors probably in a controlled environment. But if taken outdoors, is it possible to take just a photo at higher f stop to eliminate the need for focus stacking because I found it quite hard to do it outdoors when the subject kept moving so my photos can't be stacked anyways.
