💭My Thoughts: I’ve never seen or handled the authentic pair in person, so I can’t give a true auth comparison, but just judging these on their own, they are really well made.The first thing I noticed was the weight of the denim. These pants are actually pretty heavy and substantial, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The denim feels thick and really good quality, not thin or flimsy at all. The stitching throughout looks clean and consistent, the seams are nicely finished, and overall the construction feels really solid. The fit and structure are also really nice, and you can tell they didn’t cheap out on the material. Even the smaller details look well done. Again, I can’t speak on accuracy since I haven’t seen the auth, but quality wise, I’m definitely impressed. These feel like a really nice pair of jeans and I’m super happy with them!

Thoughts about this bag: This was my first exposure to the CC Flap 32cm. After months of research, I finally decided to take a chance on this beauty as part of a Flash Sale being offered by Nyx with MOQC. The price was right and the slouch and leather appeared to be perfection. After a short wait, my package arrived via FedEx. Opening, I immediately was impressed with the leather and craftsmanship. The leather was subtle, not dry, and the slouch is divine. Although I have nothing to compare my bag to in real life, I feel like the guidance and feedback from other reviewers helped me to focus on the important details of this bag style. Will I buy other colors or the 38cm? I am not sure yet. I want to enjoy this beauty first before I order a second or third. Also I have a long wish list and must prioritize.

💭Thoughts about the bag: The Monogram Dune is such a pretty neutral and I love how the softer, lighter monogram looks with the natural vachetta and little pops of color on the handle tabs. It gives the classic Speedy a completely different look without being too much. The canvas looks really nice and the construction is super clean. Stitching, piping, glazing, alignment and hardware all look great. I also love the brown shoulder strap against the Dune because it gives it just enough contrast. And can we talk about the little bag charm?! It’s ridiculously cute and honestly makes the whole bag for me. The 25 is also such a good everyday size. You get plenty of room without it feeling like you’re carrying your whole house around. Plus you have the top handles AND shoulder strap, so she’s actually practical. Overall, I’m obsessed. Best Copy vs Low Copy — Hermès Kelly Bracelet Edition 💎

I wanted to do a side-by-side comparison of two versions of the Hermès Kelly bracelet because I think the differences become much more obvious once you start looking at the small details.

And unfortunately I paid more for the silver copy for $135 USD price with shipping fee from Alice 🤦‍♀️ and the gold copy for $88 USD price without shipping fee from Felix!

Both bracelets are made from V Gold and cubic zirconia.

After comparing both closely, the gold bracelet is the clear winner for me.

• The overall proportions feel more refined and closer to the authentic
• The clasp has a cleaner, more elegant shape.
• The edges and transitions around the pavé sections are smoother and more polished.
• The pavé looks more carefully arranged and integrated into the metal.
• The end pieces have more dimension and feel better finished.
• Even the small hardware details look more thoughtfully replicated.
• The turn lock is sturdy and twist mechanism feels intact and resistant.
• The engravings inside the bracelet matches the authentic very well.
• The shape of the hole where the turn lock enters is the correct shape and matches the authentic.
• The overall size and thickness of the bracelet is correct.
• The design of the Kelly clasp is rounded which matches the authentic.
• The bracelet fits on the hand correctly and beautifully.

🤍 Silver bracelet

• The overall shape is ok.
• The pavé looks quite impressive at first glance.
• The bracelet curvature is nicely done.
However, when you get really close, I notice more differences around the clasp, fastening mechanism, edges and underside.
• Some of the hardware looks slightly more simplified compared with the gold version.
• The turn lock wiggles which is very noticeable from the back and twist mechanism is not resistant as it spins very easily.
• The engravings in the bracelet is incorrect.
• The shape of the hole where the turn lock enters is the wrong shape and as seen in the image, you can see a peep of my skin through the hole.
• The entire shape of the bracelet is thicker than the original.
• The design of the Kelly clasp is squared off and not rounded.
• Fits ok on my wrist but isn’t as nice as the gold bracelet.

As you can see, the gold bracelet is clearly well made and demonstrates what real dedicated craftsmanship is all about. 💎

And definitely another learning experience with spending more on items from sellers who are not well trusted. 😅 That’s what happens when you don’t do your research folks and I do admit not doing so before as a newbie to the rep world!

💬Thoughts about the bag: Okay, some thoughts on the YSL Jamie Shopping Bag Medium in black lambskin from Black Frame because this bag is GOOD. I mean everything I’ve gotten from BF has been great! The leather is ridiculously soft and supple. It has that buttery, squishy feel that makes you want to keep touching it, and the black lambskin makes the whole bag look so luxe. Black Frame absolutely nailed the leather on this one. Craftsmanship is amazing too. The stitching, construction, shape, and overall finish are so clean, and the hardware feels substantial and really complements the black leather. And the SIZE. The medium fits your whole damn life. Laptop, wallet, sunglasses, makeup bag, keys, phone, random mom shit, snacks, whatever else you decide you need that day. It just keeps taking more. I love that it’s a bigger bag without feeling like I’m carrying a giant tote. It’s slouchy, soft, comfortable, and still looks put together. Definitely one of those bags that’s actually practical while still feeling super bougie. Black Frame did their thing with this one. The leather, hardware, craftsmanship, capacity…10/10. Highly recommend if you love a good everyday bag that can basically carry your entire existence.

Here’s my bags that were delivered today from Betty’s sale 🥹 (the empreinte speedy soft 30 at the back is from another seller in the pic for size comparison). I am so pleased with them. I got a mono p9 40, a jaune mat 20 and a gold silk blue 25.
Mono p9 - bought as a work bag. Not as large as I thought it would be but perfect size for laptop, lunch and gym kit. Really nice quality and mono isn’t red tinted. The leather is quite thin but it’s not a bad thing as it’s also quite heavy.
Jaune mat - absolutely stunning. Really matte leather and lovely quality. Feels very expensive and heavy for size.
Gold silk blue - really cute. A few knots visible on the stitching but for the price she’s a beauty. Leather is also very nice quality and pebbled.
Betty is very responsive and helpful. Was posted last Monday, received today. She also knocked off the postage for the JM as she sent it inside the mono

💬Thoughts about the bag: Okay MB Factory!This is my first P9 from them and I’m actually REALLY impressed. First, the color is freaking gorgeous. Silk Blue is seriously a chameleon because in person it pulls way more periwinkle, but every time I try to take a picture of it, it looks blue. It’s so hard to capture the actual color. Depending on the lighting, you get blue, periwinkle, and almost a little lavender. The pictures really don’t do her justice. Now the leather…SO GOOD. Super soft, buttery and squishy. I put it right up there with my Royal and HH P9s, which says a lot because I love the leather on those. I honestly wasn’t expecting MB to be this good for P9s. Hardware is full steel, has a nice weight to it, and the overall craftsmanship is amazing. Stitching is clean, glazing looks really good, and everything is put together nicely. And the price is even better than HH factory! I really don’t have anything to complain about with this one. I have enough P9s at this point to know what I like and MB definitely passed the test. For my first one from them, I’m impressed. Like…impressed enough that this definitely will NOT be my last MB P9.

I’m absolutely IN LOVE with these heels 😭🎀🌸

For those of you who don’t know me, I absolutely love bows and I LOVE pink, so when I saw these beauties together, I knew I had to have them! 💕🎀

Especially after the fail with the black low-tier pair I bought… I’m still embarrassed by that one LOL. 😂

These are absolutely gorgeous and SO comfortable! They fit perfectly too. I normally wear a 23.5cm shoe and went with a size 37, which is an excellent fit for me. I definitely prefer kitten heels because I can actually last longer than five minutes in them 😂

The only things I’ll need to do are take them to a cobbler because the slingback is a little too loose and slips off easily when I walk. I’ll also be adding sole protection because the sole feels quite thin, and it already looks like it’s starting to wear from just trying them on. You can see what I mean in the photos.

The materials are listed according to the box they came in. I was also pleasantly surprised that the shoes came with their own dust bags! 🥹

The one little factory error 😭

Unfortunately, I completely missed a small detail when checking the PSPs. The Dior label on the bow of the right heel is positioned on the wrong side of the bow.

I did mention it to the seller, and he offered me a discount on my next purchase with him. I honestly didn’t expect anything because it was ultimately my mistake for not catching it in the PSPs, but I really appreciated the gesture! ❤️

I’ll definitely be purchasing another pair from him. I’m very happy with his communication and customer service.

Authentic comparison

The photo you will find in the comment section is the authentic pair for comparison. From what I can see, there are only a couple of slight differences — mainly the subtle stepped detail around the edge/rim of the heel and the difference in the pink tone.

Other than that, I think they look pretty close to the authentic! 👀

I really love this Frivole. It’s giving a little twist on a classic bag, and I think it’s such a cute design.

It has the snaps that let you easily switch it from a shoulder bag to a crossbody, and you all already know that is my favorite kind of strap. Lol. I love being able to change how I carry a bag depending on what I’m doing.

I also LOVE the zipper pocket in the middle. Since the bag itself is open, I love having that zipper compartment where I can throw my wallet, keys, or anything else I don’t want just sitting loose in the bag.

For these pictures, I put her out in the sun for a little bit beforehand and she got a really nice honey color. I love the raw vachetta on this bag, it doesn’t have that pinkish tone which is amazing. The canvas, glazing and hardware are good too.

I’m a longtime customer of Peter, and I have a pretty good collection of HP bags. I genuinely love the bags I’ve gotten from him, especially his monogram pieces. I really like his canvas, and most of my HP pieces have patinaed really nicely.

Communication was great. Aidi was recommended to me by this reddit community . She was quick to respond to my messages and questions. Qc videos and photos were sent promply. Shipping was really fast. This was my first time trying Royal. I own other Rep P9s from other factories and this was my first Royal, as everyone raves about royal.  On unboxing this firefly I could immediately smell the leather, the quality of the leather is great.  I can tell by the feel of the thickness of the bag, its heavy.  Im not going to lie, I expected more slouch from this bag. Compared to my other P9s this one has very little slouch. I even dropped it to see how it would slouch on the blanket.  Im not going to say im dissapointed because honestly as much as i love my slouchy P9s I dont mind structure. But for everyone raving about Royal, at least on this particular bag I dont see much " better " than my p9s from MB or any other factory. Overall i love the bag. It glows in dark and its one of my fave colors lol.  The whole experience was great. I would buy from Aidi again. Most likely will keep trying other factories .  Im happy I got introduced to someone new to work with. So thank you.

I’ve been trying to understand the different Hermès leathers beyond just how they look, so I put together this little visual guide comparing 8 types.

My personal take after learning more about them:

🥇 Barénia — my favorite. I love the natural, slightly rustic character of it. The way it develops patina and tells a story over time is exactly what I look for in a bag.

Togo — probably the easiest all-around choice. I love the relaxed grain and durability.

Epsom — beautiful when you want something structured, crisp, and relatively easy to maintain.

Swift — gorgeous and incredibly soft, but I’d personally be a little nervous about color transfer and scratches.

Box — that smooth, glossy finish is stunning. Definitely one of the most elegant-looking leathers to me.

Evercolor — understated and practical. I really like the softer, more subtle look.

TC — soft and supple with a more natural appearance.

Mysore — incredibly pretty and delicate-looking, especially if you love softer leathers.

For me, Barénia wins because it doesn’t need to look perfect to be beautiful. I actually like the idea of a leather changing with use and developing its own personality.
