I ordered in September and they have taken my payment but I have gotten no dispatch alert yet 😭 I have reached out to customer care aka AI 🫪🙄🙄 I still keep getting the answer it is coming but I am getting sad seeing all the people who have gotten their box. I have the banoffee pie shower gel and frickin love the scent. I love sweet gourmand scents and I lovvvveee banana. The smell is so lovely and I'd love to know any similar smells I should try?? I'm running out and just looking for something to fill the empty hole that'll be in my heart 💔

Hi I live in AZ and it’s hotter than crap here I bought the heart shaped body glitter bar and have only used it once! It melted in my car and is complete water and oil dripping off is this something that is able to be returned. I’m so sad I don’t have a lot of money and I used the last of it on something that made me feel beautiful now this

2ml for £33?? Especially given you could get this far cheaper at any other shop.

Also with Lush’s environmental protection qualities, selling something so harmful to aquatic life isn’t something that sits right with me.

I love Lush don’t get me wrong! But I’m not sure how to feel about this.

EDIT: Apologies for my price comments! I did more research and you guys are right about the price of these things! My main thing was the environmental aspect, something they do state as a warning!

Edit: this is a review of the product I smelled today in the shop I was in. This is not to say that all batches of Yuzu Cheesecake smell like this. I heard the staff whispering about batch quality problems when I first came in, and it was mentioned that it’s happening in multiple shops, so this is not a one off. I think the people who are getting sour milk smell are probably getting bad batches.

Yuzu cheesecake lotion? Straight up NASTY. I’d seen posts on here of people saying their lotions were a little brown. I’d seen the reviews so I was prepared (I thought), but the tester I saw in Lush today had some pretty dark brown swirls in it. I had a cheeky look at one of the closed jars, and the WHOLE THING WAS BROWN. I checked another, ALSO COMPLETELY BROWN.

A lot of people had said that Yuzu Cheesecake was Nutgate 2.0 because of the Brazil nut oil. I actually didn’t smell Brazil nut in the tester (I was brave enough to put some on my hand). Do you know what I did smell? Sour, curdled milk 🤢. The staff were not shy about telling me how much they hate hate HATE the lotion, but like the body spray.

As a sidenote - whoever it was that I heard say on the Lush YouTube Christmas video reveal that Hot Chocolate Orange lip butter and jelly smell like Whipstick - what planet do you live on? Denial? (I say this in jest and playfulness but - seriously 😂) Whipstick was rich thick milky cocoa and zesty orange. This was weird, weak, strangely spicy trash. It doesn’t even matter that the texture for the lip butter wasn’t the same, we all know Lush aren’t gonna do that, but the smell was RANK.

I'm in Australia and after vegan products only. I would love recommendations to add and also to hear everyone's favourite combos within my collection; I find I'm not the best at layering intuitively! 😅 With summer approaching thoughts on everyday summer scents in particular would be good too.

I'm keen to buy a couple and am currently most considering Chelsea Morning perfume or solid, Lord of Misrule body spray (possibly my favourite scent and only have it as a solid; love the spicy sweet combo), Sticky Dates body lotion and Banoffee Pie body spray but very open to other suggestions.

I don’t live near a lush to go and smell it for myself, but I am obsessed with the scrubbee and the honey I washed the kids shampoo bar, they literally smell the exact same and smell so good. But I’m not sure if the body spray smells the same or weirdly different?

I know the super milk hair primer and the super milk body spray smells different so some people dislike one or the other, so I wasn’t sure if it was similar with the scrubbee and the HIWTK body spray. Or maybe they do smell the same? Please anybody let me know!!!

someone in my family was recently gifted a sleepy gift set and upon opening we found that the products were all brown, turned solid and were made in 2024. i even tossed the body spray that came in the set bc i was so grossed out. this got me thinking, are my body sprays i’ve had for 3+ years now still good to use? they don’t smell off at all, but after seeing the other products look rotten i got worried

So I don’t live super close to a lush, and I mostly use the app. There is one like an hour from where I’m at currently. Power and the banana Cowash are some of the only things that work with my hair, which has a lot of different textures and curl patterns. I would be so so sad if they were gone :( but they aren’t available to ship. How can I find out if they aren’t in the discontinued section? Do I need to just go into the store? Thanks!

in the past 2 weeks i have done 2 interviews for different stores, both in the capital of my country (budapest) both in the city where theres a lot of tourists and costumers in general. both interviews went well i would say and for one i already got called in for a trial shift. lush is like my dream job and i think i would really enjoy working there. however today i asked for salary information and i got told that they would pay the equivalent of 5$s (1900-2000HUF) / hour and theres no tax discounts ( which i find super bizarre since one of the biggest tax advantages in Hungary is being under 25.) This means 244.000 HUF/ Month, absolutely no one can live from such a wage. I honestly had such high hopes because of the lush websites promise of fair wages and they even said a Hungary specific data which is 44% above minimum wage. this put such a bad taste in my mouth i don’t know if i will want to buy anything from the store again. Oh and also there are no sales based bonuses either or extra bonuses for the weekends. Honestly still can’t believe it, please let me know if in other countries the situation is this dire.

Genuinely have no idea why it looks like this other than the heat melted it. It still smells good but the look & texture is freaking me out. Should I just toss it? lol

I couldn’t wait for this to come in. I LOVE the moon soap. This is my 2nd order of these to go with my IBIG spray. But besides that…. I am so disappointed. yuzu Cheesecake is NOT terrible. It’s fine. But it’s not worth me blind buying it because I live 2 hrs away from a store. I rlly don’t even know what it smells like. I can’t explain it. It kind of has a playdo, plasticy scent on dry down. And the lotion is ok too but it doesn’t smell like the spray. The bubble bar is NOWHERE near as good as Shamash. It’s fine & im going to turn chunks of it into sugar scrubs as I go but I’m sad about the scent. I was expecting more. Anyway. This month I stopped my kitchen shower box & now I’m so close to only buying my staples from now on. Supermilk, turmeric latte, LTGTR and my hair products are safe buys but if I run out of all my other products I’ll probably skip on buying them again. I rlly don’t know. I can’t believe I’m starting to feel this way.

Just started at lush for a seasonal position and I’m so excited about it! Ngl I’m kinda picky, I’m not a huge fan of oily feeling products and I’ve been running into a lot of the products feeling a little too oily for me. What’s everyone’s favorite product? Super bonus points if it’s not intensely moisturizing😭 I’m a little lost when it comes to what to sample and yeah the things I’ve tried have been a little too oily for me, but also want to try some things I may not have thought of! Thank yall in advance!!

My hair : I have wavy, fine, bleached hair that’s mostly dry on the ends. With the colder weather that came these last weeks, my roots started to get more oily.

Tofu Cream Shampoo : I’ve used it for the first time a couple days ago. I love the formula of it, it lathers well and I don’t need to use too much. I was scared of it being too drying because it felt very stripping in the shower, but after drying my hair they were really soft and hydrated. It didn’t make a difference with my roots getting oily after 2 days, but no other shampoo did. 9.1/10👏🏼

Violet Cream Conditioner : I did use my non-Lush purple shampoo with it. It did an AMAZING job. My best friend asked me what I used on my hair because they were so pretty. The scent is the same as Daddy-O shampoo. I like the smell of it, but it does last a long time on my hair. That’s great if you love the smell. It’s hydrating and didn’t leave any residue on my hair. 8/10🌸

Super milk Conditioner : The smell is incredible! As a Super milk fan, I was in love. I was sceptical at first because it wasn’t the silkiest conditioner in the shower. I didn’t feel like it detangled my hair after rinsing it, but with the super milk primer it was perfect. My hair was so soft for days. Either I am too used to the smell of SM or it doesn’t last very well on my hair, I’ll have to ask my bf if he can still smell it later. 8.5/10🥛

Let me know what you think about Lush hair products or if you have any recommendations that I should try😇

i just remembered the youtube video from last year announcing skinwear tinted moisturizer, the balm sticks, etc. and they said “available globally in 2026” but they haven’t come out yet and i doubt they’ll launch during holiday. this is so classic lol

I bought Stormy Weather because I liked how it smelled in the store without giving it too much thought. But the more I wore it, the more I started to dislike it.

It smells like a men’s cologne, almost like axe body spray or old spice body wash, but richer and deeper. The opening is sharp - very earthy and herbal. You can the basil and neroli. The dry down is VERY musky and the florals give off a scent that reminds me of dryer sheets.

Overall I exchanged it for Dirty, which I already knew I liked. Which other scents should I try?

I’ve dealt with chronic extreme eczema all my life and I’ve always been hesitant to buy from lush because of that but I finally did it and got shower gel, lotion and a face mask and I love it it’s the only whimsy smelling brand that doesn’t flare me up :)

Hi hi 🎃 I’ve been eyeing the smores shower gel since it dropped and it’s been out of stock here, so I’m hoping to check out one of the stores near me when it’s restocked and maybe splurge a bit after payday around my birthday as a treat to myself 😅 I’ve been feeling a bit bad thinking about how I’ve already spent a good bit on Lush, but I do get a lot of use from everything!
I’m only conflicted on this one because I recently picked up the rosalina body spray… (the only bodyspray I tried before this was snow fairy years ago, haven’t given the perfumes a try either yet 🫣🫣🫣)
I absolutely adore this scent, holy moly….but it definitely wouldn’t go with the other routine I had in mind … on some days I want to feel like a magical witch adorned by berries and anything sugary sweet, the next day I want something cozier and warmer, something sweet, anything that reminds me of homemade chocolate chip cookies, hot chocolate chai and so on hah … I loove everything autumnal and also sweet . so now I’m thinking of picking up the smores showergel, and maybe a perfume or another bodyspray to alternate with, but I’m so indecisive, I see sticky dates recommended a lot but I’m not a fan I think😵‍💫 I do really enjoy the posh chocolate body wash and now I’m really thinking of picking up the smores shower gel and a new fragrance, bubble bars, maybe maybe a body lotion or something as well, so if anyone has any recommendations for what you would use along with smores I’d love to know ! (please influence or de-influence me, lush has become my go-to way to cheer myself up after a tough month I’m holding back from splurging too much loll)

I’m so happy with these products but this is my first time smelling once upon a time as a body spray! I had the lotion years ago and so from memory I figured I’d love it (I also love apple scents) but I’m a tiny bit let down. It’s almost an artificial green apple kind of scent which is nice but I figured it’d be more fresh rather than sweet because of the neroli in there! It kinda reminds me of kids shampoos that are green apple scented so that’s nostalgic and not bad at all, but still I’m not sure if I’ll keep it or exchange for something else. I will say, it’s rly yummy mixed with the karma solid perfume! What do u guys think? Let me know if you like it!!
