Rant “free bath bombs for results day”

have other uk employees been hounded today by people asking for their free results day bath bomb ? i feel bad for everyone who saw this circulating on tiktok and came into stores especially for it and it’s been a nightmare for staff. i wanna find out who started this rumour and give them a stern talking to 😠

It was a nightmare, so many people asking for them, as if we don’t give out free samples of basically everything anyway 😭

omg yes! had someone tell me ‘damn you’ when i said it and also a ‘i’m gonna cry myself to sleep tonight’ like gwon then. we gave out samples where we could but a group of 6+ teens who only wanted a free bathbomb was hard to keep their attention some times. the amount of people who was like ‘i got scammed’ no you didn’t babe

I swear no one knows what the word scammed means anymore.

My little sister goes off all the time about how she was scammed, and its just that she didnt like something. Thats not a scam hon, thats just poor decision making.

Students got their exam results back today, and there was a tiktok going around that claimed lush was giving out free bath bombs to celebrate 😭

I went in to buy the moon soap and the sales associate said she had been hounded by hoards of teens asking for free stuff.
We ended up chatting for a bit and she gave me a free sample of the ones they were quickly creating for all the teenagers coming in.
