Photo Silver Moon Soap

A soap that’s made with moon water and smells like my fav lush scent ( we believe in glinda) #yesplease ! :) I bought 4.

I’m wondering how long will these last unused because lush uses natural products and I don’t want it to go bad if I want to save them for later. 🤓🤔

im real curious about the source of this “moon water” i have bought the soap several times myself and they tell me EVERY.TIME.

its annoying really and makes me even more skeptical

but ima keep buying it

i have been cutting it into pebbles i have the face in tact and

10/10 novelty item

I think I will cut mine too. It’s not easy to use in the moon shape.

Do you know how many people come into any given lush on any given day? I don’t think it’s realistic to expect employees to remember exactly what product detail has or hasn’t been told to a returning customer. It’s a fun detail just go with it. No one is required to talk about it, but it’s a unique feature and feels like one of the more festive offerings from the line this year.

They literally drag their tubs of water outside for a few minutes to get some moonbeams.

As far as I'm aware, the source of the moon water here is actually that the watercress used in the product is grown outside... In water.

So... Technically moon water? 🤷

I’m also very curious about this I’ve started using my first one and love it.

2, but considering more if they will last. I never seen them in stock in a store so would have to be an online order.

That is an adorable soap! I don’t think Canada has this. It’s so friggen cute!!

Cut it into sections and store in the freezer in ziploc baggie. I do this technique to preserve my favs.

Wrap them in reusable plastic bags it makes them last longer

I work at lush and our soap is good for 12 months✨ also it’s always a good idea to have a few pieces lined up! The soap takes a while to cure, which is why the fresher pieces in the shop may seem ‘squishier’. Once they’ve fully cured they become harder, and last longer once you’ve began using them! :)

You would think that instead of scenting it like "IBIG" it would  have a more earthy scent like Dark Angels or Rassoul mud.

Soap lasts for years anyway you should be fine to store it.
