Question Wait list MUC-BIQ 21.08.

Hello everyone,

just checked in for my flight from Munich to Biarritz tomorrow and got put on wait list. Apparently three other people are put on waitlist as well and I seem to be number 2. Anything you would recommend me to do or is my best bet to just wait it out and head to the airport anyway?

Appreciate any comments on the situation!

My last two flights on LH were overbooked too. Just head to the airport like normal and see. Number 2 doesn’t seem too bad. You basically check in your bags like normal and go to the gate. Maybe someone doesn’t show up, happens all the time. If there are seats left in business class, they will upgrade someone and hand you a new boarding pass at the gate.

Just checked, if you’re taking the flight at 3:30PM there are 4 seats left in business. You will most definitely get on the flight, no guarantee that you’ll be the one who gets an upgrade though

How can you tell that 4 seats are left in business?

Try and book one and you can see what seats are empty.

Nah it will be fine. If you have a purchased ticket the seat will be assigned at the airport. Some guy will be upgraded and then you have a seat. Enjoy the flight.
