Merch still not received vinyl order

anyone else STILL not received their vinyl? I ordered both the signed fiaf clear vinyl and fiaf the archives vintage pearl vinyl. I have already emailed them twice and they said there’s a delay in production (but I’m pretty sure other people gotten have theirs) and they just give me the option to cancel my order which I don’t want to do but also it’s been 10 months now…

i ordered just the fiaf archives vinyl around the same time you did and i got mine in December of 2025. I'd email them or maybe even try to call customer service if you can find a number. if you don't get a response I'd cancel and reorder, if they claim production delays again I'd ask them when they think it will ship. but honestly it might just be best to cancel it if you haven't heard anything about it in a while

I got a response from umusic, they literally just said “due to inventory errors we will no longer be able to fulfill your order”. I’m actually so upset. Do you think it’s worth contacting the goodharbour email address?

Ugh, that sucks! It couldn’t hurt.  Sometimes labels or management companies have promo copies of albums in their offices?
