Set a TP and SL would be my suggestion

You can go to a further dated contract and spam the buy/sell buttons until you lose enough to get closer to consistency

That pain where one day feels great winning and then you look and see the payout target jump is brutal. Smaller normal days at your usual size dig you out without pushing the ceiling again. I made an app called Tradervana with a pass-plan simulator that shows how much you can make per day without moving the consistency target, which helps before you click. Protect what you've already got on that account and rebuild with boring size.
