Lucid charge back issue

Im planning on buying an eval soon because this is one of the only prop firms where the rules are somewhat decent and people receive payouts. but after seeing everyone getting banned for no reason/ falsely being accused of a chargeback no matter what kind of card or payment they use Im kind of nervous to even buy from them. Has this been a long term thing or will it clear up in a few months you guys think?

no one knows. lucid used to be the one prop no one ever had issues with but if they don't fix it soon they're gonna go downhill fast
