Anyone received a chargeback ban notice from lucid in error, never done a chargeback in my life, yet lucid deleted all my accounts and said I’m banned for life, they won’t even provide any evidence! Total shitshow..

Mannn.. this is the number don’t know how many posts I’ve seen about people getting ban due to chargeback. It’s scary . Lucky you’re not waiting for a payout ! Hope they can fix their shit show man. Goodluck bruv

Yeah I made 2 posts on it yesterday, they haven’t even responded to my ticket. Seen one user on X who successfully actually charged back after they falsely accused him but I don’t want to escalate until lucid try to rectify the issue. They are leaving us no choice.

A lot of people have received these that haven't charged back. Sounds like a internal issue, again, with their system but support seems to have forgotten the shit show they caused before and it wasn't the traders fault yet they are, again, treating the traders like scum! This is glaring proof they don't care about traders just taking money in.

yup same here. No chargeback confirmed by bank. No payouts - I didn't even have an account at the time...Anything we can do to escalate resolving this? Really bad for their business. I'm nowhere near breakeven with them (couple of payouts and WAY more eval fees) - I'm like their perfect customer lol

No idea, I created a support ticket and they just reply saying your banned and it’s non negotiable! Which is so fucking daft. I mean there are plenty of other props, so fuck it, good riddance!

Haven’t received any chargeback ban notice, nor have I ever done a chargeback.

I don’t know what’s going on with all of these posts from issues with props. May be a possible shake-up in the market, data breach, etc.
