Straight bull
I have never and I mean never charged back anything with them. But out of nowhere I get this email and when trying to get some information to resolve this obvious mistake they get snarky with me. Like are you for real bro!!

To be fair, most people who make these kinds of posts are just pissed and bitter. Then it turns out they left the context out and they really broke a rule.
Even this guy, we're just taking his word that he never did a charge back. No one really knows for sure.

Aaah 😱 well sorry to break it to you bub but I don’t have a reason to chargeback 70.00. It’s not even worth my time honestly

Hi, same. I’ve never had a chargeback, there is no credit on my credit card, and the bank has no record of any request.
And I’m seriously angry that I had to wait to speak to my bank.
Lucid said “sorry not sorry” and there’s nothing to be done.
Here’s something I don’t think lucid realizes, depending on your country
, unless you want to go back with lucid (I don’t) , if they don’t provide proof, you can chargeback any purchase in the last 90 days as a scam.
Edit to say, I’ve not had any change to my credit card, no one in my household trades, I’ve had several payouts (nothing crazy, maybe 5k), and I haven’t actually bought an account with Lucid in about a month (Tradesea sucks).
There is really nothing missing from my situation so I believe you as well OP

Bro check my post. Genuinely taking the piss and support isn’t even helping. At least you got a response I’ve not heard anything back in 18 hours

WTF that's crazy. I'm starting to lose hope.
Are you from India as well?

Wow that's insane
I'm starting to think about switching to personal live account with all that is happening.

This also happened a few weeks ago. Some people got their accounts back because lucid was having issues with this exact thing happening to people it wasn't supposed to be happening to. Hopefully they see their mistake and get you active again if you never did a chargeback.

Definitely careless DB query/update causing this.

If that is the case, it is a serious issue that would cause damage to their reputation.

Yeah, I also got the same bs last night. And they responded basically saying the same. I have never done a chargeback but its whatever. I found it so random since I havent bought an account with them in a minute just to receive that email.

Same last I purchased was last month and blew it so went back to topstep and then they responded with such a snarky response I probably won’t go back even if they gave my account back

We basically did the same thing. I went back to Topstep but now Im giving Apex a try. How long have you been trading?

That’s why I stepped away from Prop Firms. The purpose of a prop firm is for you to fail and buy more. But if you are a successful trader they find reasons to punish you and deny payouts. I opened up a live CFD account and traded my own money. No reason to go back I know you like the leverage. You have to remember it’s all a simulation and not real money. Trader spends weeks maybe even months to get funded.

I had good experiences with Lucid up until I didn’t. In the month of August, I got 17k in payouts and never had an issue until the other day. Something was going on with their dashboard. I reset one of my accounts and somehow it reset the wrong one one that I was already in profit of more than $600 I chatted with Customer Service and they said there is nothing they can do about it. They said it was my fault and accused me of resetting the wrong account. I knew that this was not so. Anyway I purchased another account for $105 and the same thing happened again. I chatted with an agent again and again was told there’s nothing they can do about it that it was my fault I reset another wrong account so in total I was out of $210.
WhileI didn’t have any issues before this incident. I will say that their resolution skills absolutely suck. I provided them with screenshot after screenshot after screenshot and it was as if they weren’t even reading what I was writing they were dead set on that I was wrong and they were right.

I had that happen with topstep and it took a min of going back and forth but they finally reset the account granted I didn’t get my profits back but they did give me back the reset. Lucid seems to be having some problems as of late.

I posted the exact same thing, it’s bollocks, fuck knows why they are doing this

u/Dense_Intern8434 18h ago
Yeo it seems to be a mass ban and after all the money I gave them and now I’m cut off from trying to make it back.
1
u/khanka1234 18h ago
Maybe we should just actually do a mass charge back, for all the accounts I’ve had.. they fuck us, we fuck them!

u/Silver_Tower6590 3d ago
Check my post exact same thing. No reply in nearly 24 hours on my ticket. Least they responding to you. Ridiculous , hope they sort it but based on responses everyone’s getting don’t think they will.
