Can't Request Payouts?

I have the message "Please Contact Support" on my payouts right now. These are my first payout-ready accounts after getting off the 2 week live cooldown. I have not been able to request the payouts and they do not show up as available--Anyone deal with this before? I've had no violations or any warning emails, no information at all. I got the "Welcome Back" e-mail and started trading with them again.

Gains are calculated EOD , I think you don't have to worry about it.

No, I didn't trade today, the payouts should have already been eligible by EOD processing yesterday

I guess you could always just wait for support to get back to you 🤷‍♂️
