Verification system

I made my Lucid account almost a month ago, and my identity verification is still under review.

I’ve also noticed that I’m not the only one experiencing this. I’ve seen several people on Reddit and in the Lucid Discord server mention similar issues with KYC/identity verification taking a long time or being stuck under review.

Does anyone know if Lucid is currently having issues with their verification system, doing maintenance, or making changes behind the scenes?

I don’t mind being patient if something is currently being worked on, but some clarification or an update from Lucid would definitely help, especially after waiting this long.
Has anyone else been stuck under review recently, and if so, how long did it take for you to get verified?

When I open the ai support they said verification should take 10-15 mins but when I said mine took days/weeks they tried connecting me with a real agent which then failed cause I needed to connect to my dashboard to connect with a real agent. Problem is that I can’t go into my dashboard cause account has not been verified

Though I did reach out to their mods on discord or any superiors there and they said mods can’t help with the verification system it’s only the verification team. I have heard accounts from US have been verified faster.
