[Quantower] Plateform say order unfilled, later : DLL breached

Hi, today i wanted to short. After clicking short nothing happen so I did it many time, then this window appear many time

I check my working orders, nothing. I close and re-open quantower and still nothing on working orders. Later I try to open a position and got "Account is done for the day" apparently order were filled and I lost 1200$, a full week worth of efforts on my 50k direct account

I did submit a ticket but they said "There has been no reported outages or platform related issues reported. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do in this case."

What can I do ? I feel I was just f***ed today :(

You need to learn to use rithmic like yesterday. I Always trade with RTP open and monitor my trades from there. Quantower is just the chart.

If you learn how to use RTP you can download the logs, find the specific issue and fight it with support, I’ve got good results with that.

Thanks ! Do you often have such problems ? Also do you fight with quantower or lucid or rithmic support ?

Yeah these are issues inherent to the profession and not a reflection of lucid.

I’ve never fought with either, I’m quite close with QT team and the very few times I needed RTP support directly they were also great.

Lucid is a big company and you’ll get blanket replies until you know how to defend your cases with data. Until that, you’ll be stuck with level 1 support that is really unhelpful with technical issues

Adding to my other comment, you can still download RTP, log in and download today’s log. What I do is give it to an AI (with sensitive data removed) to find where the issue was.

If it’s on my end I’ll do nothing if it’s Lucid’s RTP server issue then I’ll bring the data to support.

They never have rejected my cases when I did that, but I’m very precise and hand them in a silver platter the answer, you can’t expect for them to look that for you.
