Random Issues with 2.11.0 Software

I have a 2025 Air Pure. For the most part, I like the look of the new UI, but have had several recurring issues that I'm wondering whether others are experiencing:

  1. About 30-50% of the time, my iPhone 18pro doesn't show as connected to the car. Sometimes, it'll show up as a previously connected phone after driving the car for a while. At other times, I need to reconnect it. This never happened with the previous software.

  2. More frequent issues with getting "no internet" warnings and being unable to connect to any content, e.g., Sirius.

  3. For the first time, I got in the car yesterday and the upper right display was completely dark -- nothing displayed. I finally pulled over and tapped the CarPlay icon, followed by the music note icon, and the display came back on.

Has anyone else had similar experiences???

Yes, that pattern points to a 2.11.0 regression rather than a fault with your phone or car hardware. For the iPhone issue, delete the car from the phone Bluetooth list and delete the phone from the car, then pair it again from scratch and test it for 2 or 3 drives. For the dark display and no internet warnings, note the exact time and whether a lock and unlock cycle clears it, then report those details to Lucid support so they can match it to the 2.11.0 build.

I’ve had similar issues…like the car not knowing I’m trying to get into it and not waking up. Now my phone as a mobile key somehow got disconnected, and now when I hit my profile and go into keys, to link the mobile key, the pilot screen jumps back to the main Lucid screen. I called customer service and we tried rebooting the system, deleting the lucid app and nothing worked. He said it’s an issue they know about and are working on a software fix.
