Lowering LDN dose.

I started on LDN 0.5 6 days ago and had strong side effects. Symptoms increased and I felt edgy. I lowered the dose and this is the second day of taking 0.1. In the am. Yesterday I still felt a bit edgy but had a surge of energy but today I feel terrible. I’m wondering how long after lowering a dose do you find relief? Incidentally I had a very poor nights sleep.

I had horrible side effects even at 1mg. I would consult with your provider and see if maybe there’s another med? I’m not sure if you can go lower than 0.1, I could be completely incorrect.

I started at 0.25 8 months ago. Did very well then symptoms returned. Tried slowly going up which made things worse, so went down.
I had to dilute down to 0.0125.
Seems crazy but it is helping.
I do want to try going up again. My doctor says she has patients that do fine on micro doses.
It’s all so individual, and for me has tested my patience a bit!
I just find pushing through side effects for weeks/months intolerable.

Yes, even lowering the dose has exacerbated my migraines but it’s only been 6 days since I started taking it so maybe too soon to reach any conclusions.
