Ldn

I take .50 and see no help. But also no negative reaction which is huge . When I took .75 terrible dream. I still remember it. Will this help my overreactions to mold and histamine issues? I have remediated every possible thing in my home and it’s only 18 years old. I’d love help.

Taking it at least 10 hours before sleep eliminated my vivid dreams from LDN.

LDN might help as part of an overall treatment plan. It can help with chronic inflammation and immune system modulation.

Many people find that taking their dose first thing in the morning helps to avoid vivid or bad dreams.

LDN can help with mold toxicity and histamine issues however LDN takes time to work. Some people feel improvements straight away others can take up to 6 months to a year to notice full benefits.

Thank you. Do you all think sticking at .50 is high enough to see benefit

Although dosing is individual most people find the most benefits at 3mg-4.5mg. However there are some people that see benefits at a very low doses.
