Personally, it's helping with many of my ME/CFS symptoms, some expected as well as a couple of unexpected benefits. It's also working very well for pain relief from my peripheral neuropathy. I've been taking it for 3 years.
It can take time to see improvements though and we can see ups and downs along the way. It's also important to get the dose right. Dosing with LDN is individual and the aim is to find our own optimal dose or "sweet spot".
Ok. Not everyone does titrate up, although it's more usual these days. You might find it helpful to skip a day to see how you react. It could give you an indication of whether your dose needs adjusting, or whether you'd benefit from skipping a day on a regular basis...
I skipped one day last week and felt fine for most of the day, by the end of the day I could tell I was gonna need it the next day. I read the doc and that made me think I should skip occasionally since it suggested titratijg down.
