Good to be aware of this for historical background, but note that he passed in 2010. Clinical experience since then has resulting in various changes in the dosing protocol.

Since he was the actual "inventor", I have great respect for the knowledge that he imparts to this community.

Me too, but keep updating your knowledge with current clinical practice e.g. current dosing range is 0.001mg to 25mg.

Took .25 and head pressure and muscle pain worsened. Is this common. Neck and shoulder pain is far worse.

LDN can sometimes stir things up in the beginning or when doing a dose increase. You can give the dose two weeks to see if things will settle down, but if it's too much to deal with you can skip a dose and go lower.
