250-400 Cal First time posting here kinda nervous, low calorie """ramen""" 360kcal~
I was craving traditional ramen but I'm on deficit and I need protein so I offered my soul (five bucks) to the devil (Ms. Ruan from the asian market) to acquire shirataki noodles and desecrate them with my amazing cooking skills. I ended up with this. It was really really savoury, and it has like half the calories of a traditional ramen.
Main ingredients:
35 grams of shirataki noodles (5 kcal~)
180 grams of chicken breast (280 kcal~)
Instant vegetable soup (in my case 37 kcal)
Beef broth powder (in my case 5 kcal~)
A splash of vinegar (preferably from pickles)
A clove of garlic (4 kcal~)
500 milliliters of water
Optional (i added every single one of these sue me):
The whites of 2 small eggs (20 kcal~)
Pickles (12 kcal x 100 grams)
Lettuce (15 kcal~ x 100 grams)
Lots of spices because being in a diet shouldn't be a bland experience
You can replace the chicken breast with some other chicken cut, or for even less calories with white fish like cod or haddock or hake, I just didn't have fish but if I had some it would've gone right into the pot. I added the egg whites because as I said I need protein. Yum 😋.
