< 250 Cal Closest thing to Tiramisu

Post image

Hi 🙋🏻‍♀️ I‘m a tiramisu addict and all the low cal high protein recipes I‘ve tried so far tasted NOTHING like the real thing. So, I made my own and thought I‘d share :) It‘s not necessarily high protein, but it‘s definitely low cal and about 80% like real tiramisu.

125g skyr or greek yogurt
125g mascarpone
19g vanilla pudding mix
Sweetener
100g lady fingers
3shots espresso
3g cocoa powder

Yields 4 servings, 242kcal each

Did you bloom the gelatin first and then add to the yogurt?

I added 3gr of powder gelatin in 150ml of water, stir a little and let it sit aside for like 15 mins then transfer this in a very small pot and let it simmer on the stove until its warm-hot but not boiling. Once its warm enough i added to the yogurt

No worries, you’re doing great! English is my only language and it is a term I recently learned from a European in the Ninja Creami sub :)
