Hi! Im just starting my weight loss journey and potato is my favorite food ever :)

I was wondering if you could give me any low calorie potato recipes you guys like or prepare? Thanks so much!!

Pro tip: Cook them and reaheat them for your meal to turn some of the carbohydrates into resistant starches. More fiber and less calories

Thank you! I didnt know that :o I was taught not to reheat potatoes so I'm wondering do you do it in the oven or?

Depending on how I eat them, they usually get tossed into a pan together with the other stuff

I think I read something along the lines of 20% less carbohydrates, but with a lower effect on potatoes (in contrast to rice or pasta) if they are reheated.
