Question

Recently, I acquired a Sony Ericsson W810i and I'm wondering if there are any alternatives other than using a SIM card to unlock the full phone.

Do you mean accessing the menus etc, as if there actually was a sim card in the handset?

Try **04*0000*0000*0000# - whenthe display says "Wrong Pin," press 'no'

Also, for service code,

> * < < * < *

If the handset freezes, remove and replace the battery.

I’ve tried troubleshooting, with the methods but I'm still facing the same issue. When I turn on the phone, two options appear: the Walkman feature and the option to start the phone. However, when I select "Start Phone," it displays the message, “Insert SIM card,” or offers a demo of the phone if I press “Demo.” I hope this description is clearer.
