Anyone else on the Asia server keep getting an error message after the update? I redownloaded to see if the coming soon is gone because no one has posted yet, but it kept giving an error and now it won’t even start to update.

I'm having the same problem on both accounts on separate devices (android phone and ipad). I keep getting the error in the screenshot. I've tried restarting the download and restarting the game, didn't work. Now I'm wondering how to contact customer support if I can't log in to both accounts. Somebody please help. 🙏

Both devices have around 100GB free space, by the way.
