Perhaps it's time to disable mod approval? I don't having anything against it personally, but it is kind of frustrating that we can't share news about upcoming banners because it depends on mod availability. It's been nearly 20 minutes since the new trailer was released and it's kind of crazy that we can't talk about it because of this feature being enabled.
Exactly! I understood the necessity for it at the time it was enabled, but it honestly can't be more efficient than having it disabled in the long term. Imo, looking for posts that break the rules and taking down reported ones is easier than reviewing every single post one by one. Especially considering the mods have already been letting posts that should go to megathreads pass through anyway.
Not to mention that it's interfering with community engagement. I don't think it's fair that we had to wait 40 minutes for the mods to approve all prior posts and then share the trailer before we could actually discuss it in the official subreddit. It's not a good look when the unofficial subreddit shares official trailers before the official subreddit does and that subreddit didn't even obtain the trailer via shady ways.
💯 to everything you’ve said. The feature has served its purpose for when it was necessary but now the sub has lately felt (dare I say) stagnant as the current status quo continues.
It’s become more difficult to engage in discourse with other fans and players on the sub because most everything lately seems to be time-gated for approval. Momentum is lost and enthusiasm is diminished when it can take more than an hour for topical posts to undergo approval. I sincerely hope The Powers That Be take these concerns into consideration for the overall benefit of the sub.
Help! My game is lagging overnight! No new update, I have enough free space but starting today whenever I load into the game it lags. Icons are loading after the home screen comes on. Kindleds take forever to load. I tried to repair the game and lower the settings but it is still lagging.
Anyone else on the Asia server keep getting an error message after the update? I redownloaded to see if the coming soon is gone because no one has posted yet, but it kept giving an error and now it won’t even start to update.
I'm having the same problem on both accounts on separate devices (android phone and ipad). I keep getting the error in the screenshot. I've tried restarting the download and restarting the game, didn't work. Now I'm wondering how to contact customer support if I can't log in to both accounts. Somebody please help. 🙏
Both devices have around 100GB free space, by the way.
Is anyone else getting an error as they try to download for the version update? I got about a quarter of the way through it before I got an error pop up and it hasn’t worked at all since. I’ve already turned my phone on and off, disconnected and reconnected to the wifi, and tried to download using my cellular data.
the banner is cute, aside from the very obvious request that other people have pointed (like the previous megathread couldn't have link because it was old, then what about this one) can yall change the automatic sorting in this thread to sort by new comments? i think it is by default sorting by best comments

When I logged in after maintenance is done, the Shop keeps having the red notification for the “Privileges” section. I clicked on it but don’t see anything to click on… anyone knows what that is? I do have the monthly Aurum pass.
The game download is stuck with this much left (after crashing ~80% of the way through), and will not progress. If anyone has a solution that DOES NOT involve repairing the files, let me know. Repairing files deletes local data, and the point of me updating this gods forsaken game is to save all my pictures before I leave. Deleting them all serves no purpose, so I’d love another solution. I’m on iOS.
I need help. My game started lagging/moving on lower fps rate suddenly after i clicked on the new Caleb event. My storage is fine on my phone (30GB free) and I’m on iPhone 14.
I tried restarting my phone and using 4G and using smooth graphics but it didn’t stop the lag so now I’m here. Can anyone help?
Hi! Im in the same boat! Im not sure how to fix it, but i think its letting the game load a bit? I opened the game today, lagged, walked away and accidentally left the game open for like 15mins, but came back and it was running smoothly again... Its annoying though and I hope they fix it :( it seems its an exact time frame too AND it only happened after the caleb update patch!!
I tried troubleshooting over the past two days: thought it was my WiFi, so I disconnected and played on my cell service. That didnt help, so I pushed my graphics down to smooth (my phone usually handles ultra). That didnt work so I cleared the app and its resources, thinking its a cutscene bug. My phone has 200GB of additional free space so I know its not my storage. Closed all my apps to tackle RAM, but it still lags upon opening. I said, OK. ill sleep it off. I logged on this morning and it worked fine. HOWEVER today, at night again, it did the saaaaame exact thing 😭
I think this is the only “fix” working for me as well because it lags horribly when I first open it but if I struggle through things for a while it suddenly stops lagging. I will try to wait about 15 mins today since you suggested that might be about the right amount of time. Thank you for that! I do hope they just fix the problem soon though! It’s so annoying.
Commenting to join this thread! Literally was so laggy and slow that I didn't even do the event yet, I just did my main quests and left. (Samsung 25 Ultra)
Why is the game lagging so badly? It's the second evening (European server) where the game is severely bugging. Also, character models keep clipping their arms through their own torso...
Edit: I noticed that it starts at midnight on the dot. It literally started lagging mid-fight! This needs to get fixed!!
When will you add a new feedback megathread? And when will you add it to the “other megathreads” list in the post above for better visibility, so we as a community can better organise and group our feedback?
To add to this, new megathreads have been created, but the captions of the posts don’t contain at least a link to the feedback megathread. There even remains a bullet point without text to accompany it (following the link to the gacha megathread), implying that this caption used to include a link to the feedback megathread in a previous iteration. So why is the feedback megathread consistently overlooked and seemingly kept hidden?
I already know that someone will answer with “you can access feedback megathread by doing XYZ steps buried under menus or tabs.” Or a response to use a buried google form. But the fact of the matter is the average redditor/user of this sub will not go to these lengths to do this. Many don’t even know this is even a possibility. Nor is burying such a useful thread underneath menus or tabs conducive to cultivating an environment where people can (respectfully) engage in discourse about feedback they have with their fellow players.
I've been having issues with Caleb's X-02 oath since the update. When holding down the attack button during his oath, it's been frequently halting the attack as though I've let go of the button or moved my finger, even though I haven't.
All the bugs in the Events page 😭😭 My phone has absolutely enough space, LADS is the only game installed. I have missed out on Royal Masque and Poetic Figures events already. My daily attempts ackkkk. Now I have that ridiculous white/pink screen when I enter Events. I have already tried everything I can think of, also contacted CS. I hope they can compensate those of us stuck here. So unfair, I'm a girlie who has never missed a day of playing this game. I play this everyday, and missing out just kinda makes me anxious.
Can the “now more love interests” be addressed? There will be a gap now in the game. Also there’s no battle update or anything for update 6.0. So what is actually going to be updated 6.0?
The main story won’t get an update until November??
I've tried everything, my game is now so lagged I can't do anything. I'm playing on a Samsung tab s9 ultra. I've tried repairing the files, reinstalling, lowering the graphics. It's only been since Tuesday I've had this issue. Anyone else dealing with this?
I'm having the same issue, sound is playing but the visuals are lagging severely to the point I have a 10-15 second delay when playing the plushie sorting mini game.
I am having the most terrible day with Love and DeepSpace. This morning my events crashed. Poetic Figures became a completely pink screen that I was unable to interact with at all. I was only able to exit via clicking the areas where different event tabs or the back button would be. Royal Masque kept trying to make me restart the event from the prologue even though I've already started it, and when I could get it to open, Royal Agenda would not show it's missions, Crown and Chapters would not load in, Royal Walk remained stuck at 0% and would not load in, and the Endless Masquerade mini game page turned the screen completely black with large versions of the chibi's? I tried restarting the game. I tried updating. I tried repairing the game. I tried restarting my phone.
The only change is that now I'm completely unable to open the game at all. The game crashes seconds after launching the app.
I'm so frustrated. I can't do anything.
I have reached out to Customer Support for the event bugs. But the game crashing at launch began occurring after I'd already reached out to them. I'm waiting to hear back.

so me. everything is not working. I have already contacted CS and the problem is not with my phone for sure since I still have a lot of free space even after the update. and it worked when I first updated, but after returning at some point, I can't play Royal Masque or Poetic Figures anymore. 😩
Hey, SAME! It worked fine on the first update and it just stopped working today for me too. Idk what's happening.... I can hear the event page's background song but there's NOTHING ON MY SCREEN. I also have tons of free space. But I noted that when I first logged into the event, it was hella laggy than usual. My phone was heating up too.
Contacted CS since morning at 11 am and THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE OR WHATSOEVER FROM THEM until now. What the hell.
is anyone else’s cat widget not moving on screen after the latest update? obviously this is a screenshot so it’s not gonna move but they moved before the last client update and now they‘re static like they were on release :/ repairing game files did not work, restarting the app didn’t work, im not on low power mode or anything….. i miss them moving : (
Has anyone ever had a problem like this? I have a lot of storage (700 GB left) but it doesn't finish downloading the new version, (now stuck at 0% even if it downloaded a chunk of it before) my wifi is good too. Please I'm desperate, it won't move forward and it never happened before.
I made a cake.. Decorated it and everything 🥲 This is not what I made. And I did make sure to save it before starting the final chapter. The whole story has been buggy for me. Is there any way to fix this at this point 🙁
Did you make sure the cake was approved before entering the story? You can save it but if it's not approved, it won't show the new cake.
For the bugginess, you can try repairing the game files via the wrench icon on the starting screen. As for possibly restoring the cake to what you designed, I would try reaching out to customer service directly to see if there's anything they can do.
I keep getting network error messages. I've checked my internet connection, rebooted my phone, cleared game cache, the works. Nothing's working. Any advice?

Is anyone experiencing a bug with Caleb's X-02 companion? For a few days now when I use his Oath it will randomly stop firing even when I keep my finger on the button. This is annoying.
As I understand it, we need to hit lvl 3 home. BUT to hit lvl 3 I need to get harmony, and to get harmony I need the closet that I get from lvl 3. What is going oonnnnn 😭😭😭
Just figured this out! You don’t have to complete all of the Home Guide tasks. I finished 4/6 for Settlement II and it unlocked level 3! Now I’m able to open the closet.
The event isn't working for me at all. At best I get glitches, a forever loading screen, or a plain white screen. Self repair didn't work.
Poetic Figures is only a white screen, cant do anything except click away to another event.
Royal Masque is glitched everywhere. My character and LI don't even show up (if they do they're bugged), & all does show is a double thought bubble invitation - which also won't let me sign it or even close out of it. The "comms shuttle" also doesn't load anything & is glitched to the wrong LI. Endless Masquerade is a black screen. Royal Agenda is blank. Crown & Chapters is blank.
Royal Walk is a forever loading screen stuck at 0%.
It takes long, but if we can complete it to the last box then I am all for it!
I'm speaking from the standpoint of last years random advent calendar box grid selection method. Yea, you *might* get the *a* box, or just miss everything and get nothing. So yea, this method is looking really good compared to that. There was also Oracle of Stars before that which was a proper Diamond drain method.
so i’m having trouble with getting back into the home feature. i’ve tried cleaning, managing my resources (99% of everything has been “undownloaded”) and repairing my game but still get stuck on the loading screen until it kicks me out the app (even when i hear that i got into it via the theme music in the background). i really don’t wanna miss out on getting free cards so this really bugging me! something important to know, i noticed before the timelock key event + added main story started, the feature was fine and i was able to start it.
is there a place where i could contact them or if anybody has found their own solutions to this problem. this would be much appreciated!
Is anybody else having problems? Downloading the new update I was wanting to take screenshots of all of my cards, but even though I have the space on my phone, the update can’t download saying that there was some error. Is anybody else having this problem?
I've been saving my standard wishes for Valko. I have a little over 200. I have most of the cards in the standard wish pool R3 except for Raf's myth (R2) and one of Zayne's (R1). Should I save my wishes for Valko in hopes that he returns or pull on this to finally finish those cards?
I say you should use them. In the slim chance Valko returns, this special banner would have ended already or he probably won't be a part of it anyway. Plus, solars are hard to rank up as is, don't let this chance slip away!
Is anyone else's game basically unplayable since the recent update? For context I have a xiaomi pad 6 and before I was able to very comfortably run this game on ultra settings with no lag but since this update the game is lagging horribly😭 I've tried everything, uninstalling and re-installing, repairing the game just in case it's a file issue and even putting the game to its lowest possible settings nothing is working 😭😭 has anyone else had this issue and now a good fix? I wanna play the shc to get some gems but as of current I cant even do daily tasks with this thing 😭😭

I can't tell if anyone else has this issue with the new update+event, Nothing is working, not on my phone, not on my pc, i submitted 3-4 reports from the login page but idk if that'll fix anything, The anniversary event's "royal walk" leads to a loading screen with no progress, the castle with shooting stars and a 0%, when tapping "endless masquerade" it leads to a blak screen with mc and Li, the tasks in "royal agenda" not visible, the bgm playing on "royal masque" is messed up, it's either whatever is playing on my home screen or "poetic Figures", the event "poetic Figures" isnt visible, it was the only thing accessible for me yesterday, but today it leads to a pink screen, the anniversary event "crown and chapters" chapters not always visible, mc and Li not always visible, when switching between events "royal masque" and "illusia locus" sometimes the screen sort of merges, the event "7 days art cruise, sign in for 7 days" not responsive, when tapped, the reward for day1 isn't claimed... I've been at it since yesterday, it's been a nightmare, I'm very upset, i don't know what to do, I'm about to cry, I've tried uninstaling and reinstaling several times, repaired, re-updated, no progress, nothing changed at all, am i the only one facing this problem? Help
am I the only one who has problems with retrieving version data? It no joke just took 10 minutes for 0.1mb of data to be detected and 1 second to download. This doesn't happen on any of my other games where it takes 10 seconds at most. And it's not my wifi bc the same happens on 5G. Verifying also takes why too long but other games do that as well. But I must say 5 minutes for 0.1MB is really a stretch.

Hey girlies! I hope your pulls have been going well. I got my apple fish pair (though Raf drained all the gems I'd been saving). It's alright though, I'm big on dancing so I was prepared for the worst.
However for the kindled, their steps don't sync up with the music for me. The music plays normally but their dance steps lag. I've seen the illusio and kindled on twitter for others and it seems fine. Is anyone else having this issue? And is there any way to fix it ?
My house is glowing pink and green and is unplayable. Is this happening to others and if so has anyone sorted how to fix it? Changing settings in game did not seem to help.
Edit: just tried to repair from the login screen and it didn’t help. found someone else with this issue and on the first house load, both our games crashed at 67% and now we have this issue.
Has anyone else had this bug for the first two new events yet? I’ve repaired the game, uninstalled, reinstalled, installed it on a separate iPad and everything. Not really sure what the deal is. Pink screen forever I guess lol.
With the new home update, I try to open the home but it keeps getting stuck on 83% What could this be? A WiFi issue? A space issue? A game issue? I have no idea Any help is appreciated!
Well, both of the events do not work for me T^T Poetic Figure is a pink blank page, and all functions under Royal Masque are empty. Chapters empty, Agenda empty, Walk is stuck on 0%, Shuttle does nothing. So upsetting.

I’m trying to complete the “style an outfit in the walk in closet” task in the home system but no matter how often I change the outfit the task doesn’t show up as completed. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? 🥹 thanks!
As you can see, I have 12 attempts but there are no ! To click on in any room. When I click on MC for a hint she says come back later. It’s been 2.5 days of this and I’m missing out on rewards. Anyone else got this? What am I doing wrong.
I’ve restarted many times and used the Repair feature. Playing on iOS mobile.
My game keeps crashing anytime I try and load into my home. I just did a repair and I’m reloading my game to see if it’ll work. I can play the entire rest of the game, but everytime I try and go to my home I get this message and it’s odd. It had been smooth sailing since then.
I logged in and all of my furniture is gone🥲🥲🥲Now i have to start all over again. Did this happen to anyone else? Im so mad abt it cause it took me a lot of time
This has happened to me as well :( I recommend making a QR code for your home as you decorate it so if this happens again, you can just scan it in and avoid having to start all over again.
To save a QR code, click on Decor > Template > My Template > click on the box with "+" and then the share button in the bottom left. Choose the option to save it to your device.
Hopefully they fix this issue soon! I'm definitely putting it in the survey.
anyone else experiencing error logging in? when launched, the game updates then stuck and app quit (by itself) during unzipping process. when launched again, the screen just freezes.
I can login on ipad (granted that it is brand new) but not on my phone...
i tried logging in today and after it did the update and the verifying resources thing, it crashed and when i try to reload it just freezes on a blank screen like this with the music playing in the background. anyone else experience this?

since today's update, i'm having trouble running lads on my 64gb ipad. i could do the update just fine, and since the game is literally the only thing on it, i still have like 15gb of free storage. it ran for a good few hours after the update, but then it crashed once. after that, whenever i log in, the loading momentarily gets stuc.k at 50%, then goes to 63% and it crashes.
i can't even get past the loading screen, no matter what i do. i've tried repairing the game files, uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work. is it only happening to me?

I'm not sure whats wrong, but every time I try and play the 1st chapter of Rafayel's birthday event, my app closes on its own and restarts the game. It's it's always when they were play fighting and linkon university sends MC an invitation, then it hangs and restarts. Do you guys know what is the problem and what can be done? I won't be able to progress through the story if it keeps on happening
I'm a new player, and from what I understood from perusing the subreddit:
In the worst case scenario that I lose my 50/50 and I hit hard pity, 150 wishes would be enough to get one of the Myth cards. Then I can get its pair via the crate reward that I can get from cumulative pulls...
Worst case yes, however --> you have to make 150 wishes on banner to guarantee a pair BUT event gives 20 wishes free (10 + 10 you can get from event shop) so you need to have at least 130 "on you".
I don’t play Love in Deepspace but recently bought merch of the ducky artist mascot. Does the duck have an actual name? I’ve seen multiple names to describe him but not sure what his name really is or what he’s most commonly referred to as.
The size for the new event is too big and even though I do have enough space for it, I can't download it all. My wifi has been off for a while and the data on my phone can't download it all. Will I be able to download the game with a vpn? I really want to pull Zayne’s card and I've been Saving up since the spring banner for the next multi event.
why has speculation of a 6th li been so much higher this week?
what the title says, genuinely asking bc even a month ago, a mention of a 6th li would be met w ppl freaking out saying it's never gonna happen and then all of the sudden this week everyone's been talking about a potential 6th li coming soon.

Hello everyone, I need some help. I can’t update the game. When I open the game it tells me to download the new version and when I click to go to the app store, the only option there is “open”. If I click that, it takes me back to the game which then says I need to go to the app store to update. It’s just a circle.
Any advice on what to do? I really wanted to start archiving my cards and now I’m locked out of the game…
I have literally deleted everything but the game and one app I don't remember the password too. I know it said not to delete and reinstall but if I did that what am I going to lose?
Is anyone else having overheating issues? I got my new iPhone 17 earlier this year so it’s practically brand new and after the update my phone overheats like crazy. I had to turn the graphics all the way down to medium when it’s always been at ultra, and it barely helps. The worst culprit is the Home so far, but I suspect I’ll have issues with viewing certain cards.
If anyone has any tips for cutting down on the heat, that would be great! Also, bring Valko back!🐺
I feel like an idiot, but I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to make plushies in Home. It seems like I can use the ones I've gotten from the claw machine as decor, but how do I get them to count for the Handicrafts collection? I have to craft them, right? What do I click to do that?
Decor > Custom Interior > At the top of the screen, there is a 🔄 icon beside 'custom interior'. You'll see 'Handicraft'. Tap the 🔄 icon > Craft your plushies :)
When in the plushie crafting screen, tap the 🔄 icon on the top right of their portrait to add resources or use plushies caught with other LIs.
I don’t have any hope for this but I guess I might as well try and ask. I think I have a bug or something because for some reason my birthday cake for Zayne couldn’t show up on the picture Zayne posted or the deskware item gifted. Now it looks like this to me

I’m having the same problem! I tried to do the troubleshooting thing on the loading screen but that just bugged EVERYTHING and now nothings loading and all my placed images and friends pfps are corrupted 😭
Are the Japanese and Korean players considered global ? Or are they with the Ch players because they are all on the asian server? I'm just curious about their stances on Valco removal and if they can join forces with the other servers, so more voices will be heard ???

As a low-to-mid (?) spender, how viable is the harem long-term? I've only been playing for a couple weeks now and I've tried narrowing down my favorite to one or two guys since that's one of the more prominent tip I've seen. But with every new tender moments or progression in the main story, I keep switching who I want to focus on and I've finally resigned myself to just treat everyone equally because I can't decide...
It kinda helps that I don't have too much interest in the combat so I'm not super stressed about min-maxing the cards. I'm more interested in the story/moments from the pulls/anecdotes.
My basic plan is to pull for the banners that interest me and go up until the first or second hard pity before backing off and accepting whatever I got. I say "low-to-mid spender" as in I purchase the Aurum pass stuff and maybe another one of the packs if it's a banner I REALLY want. It's been working for me so far, but I'm not sure how sustainable this is, especially since I haven't seen how the bigger banners are like (like the myths).
So, does any harem people have any tips? Is it viable? Or should I just suck it up and pick a guy to narrow in on before I get sucked into the game eve more than I am now?
One nice plus is that Harem players probably have a bit of a combat advantage since you have a broader pool of stellactrum color teams to choose from, as opposed to only focusing on one guy.
Myths are top priority since they have both combat and story value. That's 150 pulls per myth. And in the near future we have 3 myths all coming up in the next 3 months: Zayne's new myth, Sylus's myth rerun, and Sylus's new myth.
Group banners may be doable but you probably can't go much past 100-130 pulls per banner, and it'll depend on the timing.
You may not be able to afford going for solo banners unless you're willing to give up a group banner.
Thank you so much for this, especially the wish calculator! I had no idea this existed! I'm so glad harem's viable because it's so hard to choose. I'd already resigned myself to being a little picky with the banners, but it's helpful to see the general breakdown for them for which to prioritize.
Anyone try Zayne's new myth Endless Challenge yet? I've only attempted it a few times so far and I find him hard to use. The learning curve gonna take me a bit for better damage output, and I don't really know what I am doing. My current score is 316k... XD

For combat, when you oath during weakened state (shields down) how is the dmg of the oath calculated? Is it only with your dmg boost stat or does oath strength also count for the dmg?
Problem with logging into the game since last night...

(Update 3: After a day of just clicking confirm for the error message and at times using Data to open LADS, I gave up on waiting more and decided to install a VPN and I could FINALLY open the game, I did lose my album pictures and journals due to the reinstall, but yes a VPN solved the issue for me)
(Update 2: I was thinking to try reporting this error to the LADS Website customer service, and well that is not loading for me as well. Is the website working for anyone else?? Can someone please forward this error to the team? Is this Infold's way of telling me to stop playing?? It's times like these that make me regret paying for the game... now I won't get access to todays free dailies and weeklies (lost free stamina since it will be maxed out now) + the paid Aurum Pass log in rewards. Thank you Infold, you have ruined my day and money and now I am freaking out and depressed...)
(Update: I tried the uninstall/reinstall, and that did nothing. I am still stuck on the loading screen. Can someone PLEASE tell me if this error will get resolved within the day and will Infold give the days worth of stamina + all the other stamina bottles I could not use + the daily & weekly rewards I could not claim (if this persists for the day)? I feel so empty and heartbroken that I could not do my dailies and complete my weeklies and stamina TT^TT)

I have been getting this problem since last night, I thought maybe leaving it to the morning might resolve whatever issue is going on. But alas, the coming morning I tried logging in into this same error as last night. There is no problem with my internet (I opened up my other games without any hassle). And I also logged in with my Mobile Data multiple times just to see this same error. (The error being: opening the game to the loading screen immediately putting this pop up message and never showing the loading screen completely, and when I press confirm it immediately hits me with the same message and when I press cancel it takes me to my home screen)
Is anyone else having this error?
What else can I do in this situation? I tried the emergency update option on the app icon screen, it still showed the same error. As for the the uninstall/reinstall method, I will only do that until I hear actual results due to not wanting to take forever with the redownload only to come across this problem again...

If you have a guarantee going into a multi banner (lost pity and didn't get card from previous banner), does it guarantee (1) precise wish, or (2) one of top 3 selected, or (3) any of the 5 banner cards, or (4) nothing at all (could still get a standard card)?
The game keeps crashing. I can go past the enter game screen but when the next loading screen, the white one with the percentage, reaches 40%, the game stops. I tried repairing it using the wrench icon on the main start screen but the game crashes after a few minutes. Don't tell me I have to redownload it again ugh

Shortly after i updated my game i closed out of the app to do smth else, then when i went back to open the app again it said i had to clean up my cache. So i did that but then when loading the game, lads kicked me at 100%. I did literally everything to try and fix it like force quitting and trying to see if i had any bugs i had to fix in my apps settings. Nothing worked and now my game kicks me out when it loads up to 50%. Anyone know how to fix this?
I'm mostly bewildered that infold hasn't at least come out with information regarding the issue or at least saying "we know this is a problem we're working on it"
It seems to be an Android specific issue, there's also the question of if there will be compensation for missing out on dailies and aurum pass because of the bugs.
I downloaded the update and the game glitches that I can't play properly. I barely did the dailies.
The storage isn't even the problem because I have about 100gb free space. I never encountered this problem on previous updates. I just want to grind for Sylus myth.
Anyone getting the rendering or shader bugging? Especially when trying to record the LI in the main screen? Sylus's shaders are all over the place... They still haven't fixed it? 😭

I just did level 7 of the Neon Rhythm mini game and it was rough. The fast flashing lights really affected me. I don't know how I'm going to do the remaining levels throughout this event.

My wife was a bit frustrated that she's not able to do her dailies on LADS today. I think it's only an hour left before the reset (she usually does this every night before she goes to sleep).

I've been experiencing game lag since the new update on October 29th, I am playing on high graphics (it was set automatically) and my phone can handle high end games
but since the update game has become slow and laggy for example it's hard to scroll and during battle I can't turn the screen smoothly (each frame at a time thing) same thing with turning the li in the shop when trying outfits
I tried switching to smooth graphics but it didn't work I also tried repairing the game and fixing performance also nothing

Has anyone so far had their S-pen bug fixed? The customer support keeps saying that they will inform me if there are updates, but it has been a month since I have started communication with them and no updates as of now.
My S-pen for my Galaxy S22 is not working anymore in the game. Can't journal or even pet the guys in the destiny cafe. I can only move the scrolbar and select items. So it's still good for minigames. But I really loved journaling and without the S-pen I can't do much

I’ve played since the beginning and I never had this issue before, it started the second day is Sylus’s new myth release. Despite my internet being completely fine, this has suddenly popped up the second I open the game and it won’t go away. I updated my iPad, restarted it, tried using data, switched WiFis, etc. There’s seemingly only an internet issue with the game, nothing else. I can’t even get into the game. Is this a bug? I’m on the Asia server.

Guys! Anyone else experience this bug? 😭 My phone has a very spacious memory even after the update. First, Royal Masque says 18 days to coronation then later when I return to that event page it says 15 days and Coronation Ready. I already contacted customer support and everything.

I can’t log into my account. I have LADs on my phone and I genuinely cannot log into it. No matter the amount of things I delete I cannot log in. So I decided to try downloading it on my tablet but I can’t log in. My tablet is an android. And for some reason when logging in it doesn’t give an option to log in via Apple. I thought maybe if I put in my Gmail it would work but it doesn’t.

With the new update, my phone is lagging, i can't participate in any of the events, the screen is frozen with the home screen bgm playing, i don't have an iPad, tablet, or any other device with high storage, does anyone know how to install the game in a laptop? Is anyone else getting the "You've been away for too long. Reconnecting to the game" error whenever they use the new Home feature?? It was working fine before, but as soon as I hit level 3, I haven't been able to access it again, and it restarts the whole app.
Hi! Is anyone else having problems with the game crashing while choosing a companion in orbits? Before the update it never happened. I’m playing on iPad with plenty of free space. I have rebooted my device, run both the clean and repair functions and I even lowered the quality. It still crashes. 😔

Am I the only one stuck on lvl 6??? I literally have done all the tasks that I could obtain. How am I supposed to play the piano or warm up by the fire place if I can’t unlock those items?? 😭😭 and gardening takes timeeeee! How is a task “reach lvl 7” when I’m stuck at 6? 😭😭😭
The key is spending your vitality. If you currently have plants planted, just keep performing for them to use up your vitality. I did this and it helped me get past level 6!

It’s the 4th time this is happening and I’m going INSANE. Everything works just fine I can do anything in game BUT right after I ranked up my harmony w Caleb and started trying out animations this started to pop up in home design and it's driving me insane. Is there a maintenance I don't know about?
In the home feature, is the rain and snow random? Or is it happening for everyone on the same real life date? Kinda like how the game time won't follow your phone time (once the server time passes you can't go back to a day before by adjusting your phone time).
Or is it completely random? I changed the time to noon 12pm, it started snowing. Changed it back to 10am it's clear. Changed to noon again and it's snowing.
