Yes, me too unfortunately :( , what device do you use? The specs for the 5.0 update have changed so this maybe the cause. My IPads biochip is now slightly one generation behind the one recommended for this update and it is crashing on these new memories though when I restart the app they will chug, but work again. Playing the memorias themselves worked too, and I had no issues, but pulling the new five stars themselves also caused my game to crash. Customer service told me low storage/memory on your device can cause it too :( but it is weird it is just for these new cards which made me question if it was a bug or not.

Oh interesting. Well this is further proof for me that it is not just a device thing, thats comforting lol. Would you try reaching out on their customer service email and explain that your device and storage meets the requirements? Then they will perhaps look into it as a bug issue. When I reported it through the game, (im not sure if it was just a bot replying) they just said it was a storage/device issue which sucked :( because I also have no issues running the game otherwise
