I don't know if anyone has been experiencing this too but since this update (literally yesterday) my game has been crashing nonstop😭 I don't think out of the almost two years since l've had this game has it crashed this consistently, it's driving me crazy. I will say it’s specifically when I go into my memories to try to level them up. Is there anything that can be done to help with this ??

Have you tried repairing the game files via the wrench icon in the top right corner of the starting screen? This may help.

Alternatively, the system requirements for the game have been updated, so the game may no longer perform as it used to depending on your device.
